Renegade Harley-Davidson

I have tried to buy parts from them. I never was able to get anyone on the phone. After about 5 to 6 calls and leaving messages to return my calls for months I gave up. I have bought over 4 thousand dollars worth of parts from other harley dealers. I tried again yesterday. I ask for parts and got the sales department and then got cut off. I bought these parts from Jonesboro Harley. One call great help. I will not ever call Renegade Harley again it's just a waist of time.

Have gotten incorrect parts twice from these guys. The employee not only had liquor on his breath but was a smart Alec when I questioned if it was the correct part ( which it was the wrong part for my Fat Boy). I’m done with these guys,
