Vargas. She was rude and unprofessional. I reached out to to her about an inspection sticker that was not placed on my car after buying it new. She had a "not my problem" attitude. I reached out to general manager Kevin Gilbertson and he ignored me completely. Not even a call back. Would never buy from here again. Once you buy the car they don't care!

transmission fluid change. Everything was done really fast. I also ask them to show me how my looks from the bottom. They did and we discussed what else showed be done in the near future. Nice, friendly staff. Large, clean and bright lobby for clients. Coffee machine. Free WiFi.

Some of these issues would have become a larger problem if they occurred during summer vacation travel, but because they were found early I will be in good shape . I was provided a loaner car while mine was being repaired - another great Infiniti! As always everyone was very helpful and courteous. I am always confident when I work with this dealer !

I travel a good distance to have my car serviced at Ramsey. Not only is it worth it, I get to 'test' their maintenance/repair, etc on the drive home and never disappointed. Jennifer is awesome and Luke always takes a personal interest in my service visit, as well.

From the time I bought my car 5 years ago all though the various expected service needs. Always courteous and timely. And knowledgeable about what I need versus what other dealers are trying to sell.

They didn’t offer a loner car having me out of a car for weeks nor did they try to help me in any way.And this was just a few months after getting the car and they treated me like I wasn’t even a customer. Jennifer is always awesome as is shown by other reviews. This time I had a big problem, and perhaps it was because Jennifer was not my service advisor. I brought my car in for replacement of the steering linkage and other steering related parts. It was a big, expensive job. Needless to say, I drove the car home after it was “fixed”. The next day the steering was making horrible noises and was difficult to steer. There was a big puddle of steering fluid on the floor of my garage. I was unable to use the car for the holiday weekend, and now they are going to have to send a flatbed truck to bring it back to the dealership, give me a loaner for as many days as it takes to fix it properly, and cause me great inconvenience.

Jennifer in service is on top of everything. I'll be back for all my car's maintenance needs. Their prices are better than all the service centers I have used in the past and the waiting area is certainly more comfortable.

manager and sales associate reported to me that they sent the purchase order to my bank on 11/23/22 .which they never did i was contacted twice to male a loan application from Infiniti. My bank reported they never received a purchase order from Infiniti. They couldn't make any money with my loan in place.

9 percent. Dealer ran application thru same bank 9.6 percent. show dealer pre approval letter 6.9 call bank useless ( RE FINANCE LOAN) NOT EVEN TWO WEEK OLD !!! also temp plate expire what happen if I get stop we will pay the ticket !
