I emailed a precise specification to several dealers in a 100-mile radius, asking for a price and allocation availability. Richie Garchitorena responded immediately with the most competitive figure. We closed the deal electronically. He produced precisely as promised; no effort to subsequently change the deal, add last-minute add-ons, or fudge in any way. Richie also did not suggest unnecessary accessories or inflated customizations. Over the next few months, Richie kept me posted about the build process and then, after the car was finished, processed the delivery at the dealer in less than one hour (to accommodate my tight schedule). When a few questions on how to operate certain features subsequently arose on a couple of occasions, Richie responded immediately by text with accurate guidance. Furthermore, when I returned to Porsche Delaware about 30 days after delivery for a minor vehicle adjustment, Richie arranged a loaner for me while the work was performed and then delivered my car to me 90 miles away. This is first class sales and service experience worthy of the brand.

end. Out of state purchase for a new Cayenne. From the initial email, Richie Garchitorena was extremely communicative and responsive to my emails, texts, etc. We got most all of the deal completed via email/text and then they were quick to help schedule transport from DE to TN. They let me know when pickup would be, sent pictures prior to pickup and everything went 100% as scheduled. I would also be remiss if I did not mention Jennifer Beamish in the Business Office for calling and getting all paperwork sent (most all via email and electronic with a couple documents Fedex to me overnight to complete all paperwork). In addition, they are able to complete all my TN state taxes, registration, title work, etc. I know a lot of dealers can do this for adjoining states, but had not experienced this for a state further away. This was done on their side, and a month later my registration and plates came to me with all taxes and fees paid. Just a completely well-organized and well-ran dealership, and will be my future Porsche dealer for purchases from here on out.

immediate area for 7 months and finally decided to just look in a 500 mile radius. Porsche Delaware had more inventory to choose and I found almost exactly what I’d been looking for. Easy process to buy over the phone and email and a simple friendly transaction at the dealership when I picked it up. Everyone from the young gentlemen who greeted me at the door and showed me where to go to Pierre and Jennifer who made the purchase a very positive experience were all a pleasure to meet. Now my only conundrum in the morning will be deciding to drive the 911 or the Panamera 4S!!

I ordered a part for next day delivery and they responded two days later saying OOS. Then the product came in last week and they asked if I still wanted it overnighted. I responded if the part was sent ground when it finally came in, I would have received it by now versus charging me $50 to overnight. Makes no sense and would not recommend using their parts department.

Cayenne Turbo from Porsche Delaware and took delivery on 7/15/20 with the most unprofessional delivery experience I have ever had in my lifetime. The vehicle was filthy outside and inside including a human hair in the passenger seat creases. A mechanic upon my arrival was finishing a computer download and advised there was no gas in the vehicle There were multiple door dings, scratches and paint chips that should have been addressed during the CPO process When I voiced my concern to my delivery ambassador he advised me “If you don’t want the car don’t take it, we will sell it to someone else”. I reluctantly took delivery of the vehicle with the hope of correcting the flaws at a later date .with the Mgr MICHAEL DIDIO who was not available at the time of delivery. I talked to Mr DIDIO the following week and he apologized for the horrible experience with very little concern to correct the deficiencies which left me with no other options then to contact Porsche of North America to file a complaint. The following week Mr DIDIO advised that he would give me $875 and a front signal light and that’s it towards a $4200 outstanding bill to correct all the deficiencies. Mr DIDIO then advised “The case is closed with Porsche, you can call them again and open a new one but I don’t care, they don’t tell me what to do”.I would not recommend Porsche Delaware to anyone as they are the most unprofessional dealership I have ever seen. E-Hybrid we ordered from our local dealership in TX to arrive, we finally cancelled the order and decided to look at cars already in the US. We found a great car in Delaware and we’re thrilled with the experience we had while purchasing out of state. Communication was great, the pricing was very fair, and delivery was quick. Even though this car has a few less (minor) features, I absolutely love it and we are thrilled with the purchase and experience.

visited this dealer 3 times. The service department is clearly customer focused. Mike and Matt are Porsche brand enthusiasts who are knowledgeable of the engineering of my vehicle. I trust they have my interests in maintaining my vehicle without requiring unnecessary work - this is important to me. This dealer is not my only option, but as long as they continue this level of service I’ll have no desire to go anywhere else.
