Two guys that I work with had purchased from Patrick Mazda and were happy with them. I looked at the website and went by. The sales person was very happy & polite, no pressure. Let me drive different cars. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. I went back to get the sticker & registration and Justin greeted me like he was my best friend and had not seen me in two weeks. That is so refreshing! The service department said it would be a bit for the sticker but I was out in 20 minutes. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Would highly recommend them. This website doesn't include Mazda and made me pick something. I purchased a Mazda CX-30.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They advertised for Mazda CX50 Hybrid for $349 a month and zero down. I called the dealer to confirm the ad. Drove about 2 hours and they tried to double the monthly payment. I showed their ad and he ( salesperson ) said we didnt read the “fine print” when I had confirmed it with their internet department. Spent an hour justifying their ad and at the end the salesperson and manager said “thats how we get people to come to the dealership”. Basically tried scamming us and wasted MY TIME...DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS! This is why people hate going to dealerships cuz of the dishonesty...

Confirmed with Lisa that car was available for test drive and arrived within an hour to find zero of the three cx9s listed on their website available for sale. I tried again a month later on an “arriving soon” cx9 and they started down the same path. Avoid at all costs a dealership playing these games.

trust them when they tell you it is available. They had a 2016 Mazda6 up with 55k miles for $15k. I though it was too good to be true. I asked two different representatives ahead of time over text and email for confirmation that it was still on the lot. They confirmed. I showed up and they didn't claim it was sold that day before I got there or anything, but that is was sold 2 WEEKS prior. Not even hiding the bait and switch. The guy who was helping me was nice enough but if they're willing to lie about that just to trap you in the door, what else are they willing to lie about for the sale? Additionally, Just to get a feel for the cars I did test drive a mazda3 and let them appraise my car for a trade-in while I was on the test drive, since I was curious of my trade-in value regardless. I asked to go ahead and get my keys back (you know, my property) when I returned and gave them their keys. He said "oh we can worry about that in a minute." What an off-putting technique to keep a person at the table, gatekeeping their own property. All in all a good learning experience but not a good experience as a customer.

I went to Patrick because of the positive reviews and I went to Mazda because the brand has been doing really well for my preferred class of vehicle. I hate haggling and Nick was incredibly patient and understanding. He heard what I was looking for and I walked out of there with a car I wouldn't have even considered previously, but I love it! He's professional and courteous and I would highly recommend working with him.

He also explains everything well, prints papers out, and highlights the important parts to make things easier. Mazda and after some hiccups they have worked with me assure that everything is taken care of. I Had no issues with Kendall from sales this is our second time working with him and he has been great both times. I also talked to Dave who’s the sales manager to settle everything 10/10 sales. Finance could be a little more fine tuned to make sure small mistakes don’t become larger ones but overall pleased.

Hatchback Turbo. None of the nearby dealerships had it, but Adrian from Internet Sales not only confirmed the availability of that model for test drive he also scheduled a specific time. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes or 70 miles to the Patrick Mazda just to find out that they do not have that model. Not new not used. Really pissed me off because I can only think of 2 reasons why Adrian would do that to me. First, because he doesn't have a clue what's the difference between regular hatchback and turbo version, dumb enough to lie just to get me in.

I drove to the dealership. Before arriving we had a conversation about the price of the vehicle I was inquiring about, when I got there I was then told it was $1000 more than our conversation. I felt deceived and wished I had been informed of this prior. When I called management to inquire they asked if I was still interested in the vehicle. I said yes we discussed a reasonable price with a mutual understanding. I asked for an email sent to me in regards to the conversation along with the Carfax so I could look at it. Nothing ever came. I left an email with this person in regards to our conversation and still received nothing in return.

this morning was no different and instead of scheduling my oil change like I should have, I just drove into the dealership early thinking that it shouldn’t be a problem to get me in. I could easily rationalize that I am the customer and say that I didn’t have a lot of time and that my schedule was tight, and I just needed to get this done so off I went to Patrick Mazda. I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Joel Marrast, and he began to explain to me that they were booked up this morning and it would be very difficult to get me in, but he’d be happy to schedule me for another time. I was extremely irritated and pressed for time and upset with myself for not doing what I know I should have done, which was schedule the oil change. Joel said that maybe he could get me in at 9AM, so I told Joel that I would wait. I want to say that throughout this time I was very irritated and difficult to work with and even though I was not the most pleasant person to be around, Joel was professional and did his best to accommodate me as soon as he was able to. After a short while Joel came to the waiting area and told me that he was able to rearrange some things and was going to be able to get me in for service. So let me tell you about the service. As you can probably imagine, I’m a “picky” person and I have now been to Patrick Mazda a few times and the service has always been fast, and top notch! One of the things that I find fascinating is that you also get a video of all the work that is being performed on your vehicle along with explanations about what the service technician is doing. How awesome is that! Cool right!? I don’t know how popular that is, but I have never received that from any other dealership. My car was taken care of perfectly and they even washed it for me. I know that it’s always great to read reviews and hear about when things go exactly as planned, but I always find that the reviews that are the most valuable to me are the ones when things don’t go as planned and how a business responds to that. In this case, Patrick Mazda, and more specifically Joel, did a great job in dealing with a rash customer that did not plan accordingly. Thank you, Joel, and thank you Patrick Mazda for dealing with my craziness! I’ll be back again for your amazing service and next time I’ll plan and schedule accordingly.

They gave me figures on the phone and an appointment to come in the next day. I met Bob. He was respectful, took me seriously, helped me get exactly the car I was looking for at the best price to fit my budget. There was no pressure, he laid out all my options and when I asked what the difference was to move up a trim level he redid the numbers, took me into the lot to show me the inventory and let me pick out the car that was best for me. It was the best experience of any of the dealerships I visited, and I will recommend Bob to anyone who wants to buy a car.

polite. The new facility is top notch and the inventory of Mazda CX30's was extensive. I was undecided between a couple of other highly rated compact SUV's but a test drive and inspection of the CX30 put me 95% there. When I considered the huge money the Patricks have put into this new Mazda only, stand alone facility it made be believe that they see good things for Mazda now and in the future. That they have put so much $$ on the line - convinced me to buy a CX30 and they had exactly the model and equipment I wanted. All good.
