Signed the offer that was presented by the manager. They they ran credit and, then came back and said "we are not making enough money on this deal. If you can pay an additional $1200 we would sell you the car. " This was the exact words from Daniel Jaramillo, sales manager. BUYER BEWARE...

Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!

after a catastrophe with a total loss and nightmare with my insurance provider. Finally I was able to be in a position to buy a vehicle. First I had looked at a basically brand new C45 AMG and liked the car, the test drive with my sales consultant Dennis was impeccable. A heck of a test drive, but alas the numbers did not work for my budget or my credit, and I had to unfortunately pass. Fast forward a few weeks I continued my hunt, now this dealership particularly gets amazing low mileage German cars. I had seen a B9 S4 pop up on the site that looked like a possibly better deal with low enough mileage and the trim I exactly wanted. I test drove the vehicle and instantly knew this had to be my ride. Kudos to Dennis as he kept in contact with me, answered question after question and provided an incredible sales experience. As a sales professional myself, I am a tough sell and extremely discerning. Even with that I would happily buy from Dennis again and again, and consider him to provide great service but also a likeable guy I am also happy to call friend. Gustavo in Finance worked his magic and we agreed on a set of numbers that included GAP coverage. While going through the paperwork Gustavo exclaimed Chase bank had finally given a response and he was able to provide me a better rate, which came at the absolute last second. I appreciate the steadfastness of their finance dept. to provide me the best deal possible and finish the paperwork in about 30 minutes, a breeze compared to past purchases. I was able to drive off that same afternoon with the keys in hand. I had asked about some problem areas on the body regarding the paint since they just received the vehicle as it hadn't really been detailed. Dani the manager put in writing they would detail the car and could come back when their head and top detailer would be a available to work on my car. I brought it back and the car looked immaculate even better than before. What an experience, it took some time but the crew at North Miami Mitsubishi got it done. Thank you to Gustavo, Dennis and of course the manager Dani who made sure he could get me out the door in my dream car. I'll recommend the team to my coworkers 100%.

was caused between me purchasing and me receiving the vehicle. I was given a "we owe/ you owe" form by Jorge Amador. As of writing this it has been 15 days of me calling the North Miami dealership, with no response. I either get put on hold or disconnected entirely.

Ms. Milly Bonilla answered the phone and said it’s available. I said I am 2 hours away, could you hold me the car and I am on my way and I said I will pay cash. She told me sure, let me get the key and I will hold onto it. When you get close, please let me know and you can talk to my manager Mr.Daniel Jaramillo, he is very nice. Well when I got there, the car was gone. He said well it could happen. They told me they sold it one hour ago!! I hope my conversation with Ms.Milly was recorded. I wasted 4 hours of driving and toll fee and gas!!😡😡😡 If I could put 0 star, I would 😡😡😡☠️☠️☠️

Made sure I got something affordable and nice under 30k miles. Would highly recommend coming here it’s a one stop shop with financing and auto insurance in the same building.

I spoke to a gentlemen named Luis and I explained my exact situation, literally every single thing because at one point in my life I had great credit and purchased/leases many cars. They told me they could not give me an approval with the application online and wanted me to come in, I already knew what to expect because a lot of these dealers tell you $0 down, we approve anyone, etc. I come in and submit a credit app but I already knew what was gonna happen so I didn’t even get upset. The finance manager comes and tells me “hey since you have a car under your name already and it’s a high risk loan you need a co-signer.” I said no thank you and politely walked out. As I’m outside in the car about to leave I get a call from the finance manager, I believe his name was Roger. He tells me, “one bank approved you with $3,000 down”. Like I wrote earlier in the review, I’m in a difficult situation and cannot do that. My word of advice to you is avoid this dealer, not because anyone was rude or mean to me but it’s just a complete waste of time. The people that answer the phone are not sales people, they just tell you whatever you want to hear to bring you in. Even if you have a credit score in the 500’s, go to carmax, interest rate will be insane but the cars are great and they’re honest. Also if you have anything about a 595 then just go to any other major dealer, I promise you that you want to avoid this dealer. I wrote my honest review because my credit is bad and honestly they can’t make it any worse if they tried to get back at me for the review. I hope everyone found my review useful.
