Have been very happy with the servicing of my VW Eurovan at Mitchell VW. Customer service folks and technicians are helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica got the vehicle in quickly for servicing. Mark knew his stuff when it came to servicing the Eurovan. Would highly recommend to other Eurovan owners.
Friendly and very accommodating service. I have been coming here for many years to get my Jetta serviced and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service!

Time and time again Mike and his team always give me a great experience. I appreciate their honesty, and they have become my trusted service department for life. This team always gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside, even when the reason for my visit might not be such a good thing. I trust these guys and would recommend them and their work to anyone looking for quality and reliability.
I brought my car in for its first oil change/ tire rotation and balance. Very easy to schedule appointment and had prompt and professional service from Larry and James. They were also happy to answer all of my questions. Will definitely take my car to Mitchell again.
I asked for certain things to be done at Service Dep't and as promised, they were done. Very well informed Service Manager. "Satisfied customer!"
Pleasurable experience sales thru purchase; no pressure, friendly professional service; would recommend both VW cars and Mitchell Team to others; also have other Mitchell vehicles and have positive service experience too

Mitchell Volkswagen in canton is an excellent place to purchase a new car. The sales staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. they have a large selection of vehicles, offered us a fair price for our trade, had our new car ready for delivery very quickly.
Truly great people to deal with! They do there best to get things done right, are very responsive to questions and concerns, and take the time to listen to what needs to be done. I bring all my cars there and have recommended my friends to see them for all their service needs. When you find a group like this, there is no reason to go anywhere else! Regards, Joe G
I scheduled a test drive and the whole experience was smooth, friendly and easy. Nice place to buy a car and will have car serviced there as well.

I've dealt with many dealerships and I'd have to say I expected more from Mitchell Volkswagen. I leased a car from them and later felt I could have gotten a better deal judging from what I found out later online. George was nice enough but dealing with him stressed me out. He kept going back and forth to "discuss things" with management for every little thing, like the price or the financing, etc. I finally got him down to a more reasonable price but then later realized I'd probably paid too much given what other dealers in the area were offering. I should have gone to them first, but I live near Mitchell. Then my first couple of service appointments went a little rough. I was not used to having service people have such a bad attitude for no good reason. I'm a really easy customer if you treat me right but this one man had a chip on his shoulder. I had a Japanese car before this and was treated very well there, and glow about them to this day on review sites. At Mitchell, in the service dept. every little thing took much too long and they often would backpedal on a previously agreed-upon price, making me remind them of our previous discussion and instead of honoring it, they would make me go back and forth with them about it in not such a nice way. And this was after the not-so-nice service guy had left and it seemed like they were making an effort to be nicer to customers! Every time I went there for anything, even an oil change or tire service the service staff was completely different. I had come to like Samantha but then she too seemed to disappear after only dealing with her twice - not a good sign. Plus their hours were not convenient for working people and other dealerships have more extended service hours. I know a lot about this business from having family in the auto biz. so you can take my opinion for what it's worth. If I hadn't decided to get a different make of car after my lease, I would have chosen a different dealership. When I was still unsure of what I wanted and shopping around at lease end, I priced out a new model at Mitchell, and once again they made me haggle because they didn't even offer me the price I got quoted online from another dealer on the same model. When confronted with this they dropped the ball and said they had "given me their best price". So they lost a customer and really, you can do much better elsewhere.
I did not purchase my 2014 Jetta from Mitchell, but they are the closest dealership to me, so when it came time for my 20,000 service I made an appointment with them online. I got reminders about my appointment by text and email, which was helpful. For some odd reason, I didn't end up in the system but that was not a problem for the service department. They simply entered my info and directed me to the waiting area in sales where coffee and bagels were available. One hour later, the car was done and the bill presented - a bit less than what I expected it to be! Courteous, professional service from people who know what they are doing. I witnessed one of the other service personnel handle a difficult customer with tact and diplomacy. I am confident in this dealership and will return to them for future service.
No pressure, no hassle, friendly, proffesional staff. Mitchell's had the car we wanted, worked w me to get the best deal possible. The whole experience from the test drive to driving it off the lot was smooth...
Recall was handled according to Notice sent to me in a timely fashion. Service Advisor did a great job expediting such service while I waited in the area designated.

No pressure, easy to deal with. Just told them what I wanted. Very Pleasant experience. I'm on my 5th VW and have used Mitchell before...so very familiar with Mitchell's and VW
Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated as to how long it would take and set me up with a shuttle to shop and have lunch.
Brendan was great to work with. We started out "just looking". He answered all of our questions. He didn't pressure us, but made sure we knew that he was there for whatever we needed. When we decided to move forward, he got us the exact car that we were looking for.

Dealership has very experienced team members. They try to get you the best deal and get you driving out of there that day. I had a great experience with their staff and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great selection of used cars.

Steve at Mitchell VW helped me purchase my 5th VW. I have owned in my lifetime. I am likely to return there the next time I'm ready for a new car.

I have purchased three vehicles at Mitchell VW since 2010. I have always been fairly treated by the sales personnel. The service department is as good as it gets. Samantha and Maury are very polite and helpful when we bring our cars in for service.

I'm not really a dealer-service kind of guy. But I had a credit for service at Mitchell, so I went in for a 50K mile oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be under an hour; in fact, the process took well over two hours. However, the service rep (Samantha) was so apologetic, she comped me the entire service visit. In truth, I was cynical enough to doubt the original estimate and had come prepared for a longer wait than estimated, so in this case, I was perfectly happy with the resolution. So... I guess I can't vouch for their speed....but I CAN vouch for their desire to satisfy the customer.

We purchased a used VW CC from a private owner and brought it for service at Mitchell VW. They fit us in right away and were able to fix the problem with the fuel injector right away. The service was covered under an extended warranty that we did not expect. All communication with the service department was clear, instructive and very courteous!
On Friday 4/29, I visited the Service Department to have my headlights checked. When the evaluation was completed, I went to the service desk to get my paperwork. The Service Tech, Jaime, was assisting an older woman with her paperwork and I was so impressed with her patience, kindness and sweetness as she help the customer complete her transaction. I told her so when it was my turn. I've been a customer of The Mitchell Auto Group for years and the Service Dept. usually "takes it on the chin", but this was a terrific example of caring customer service and being a good human being!

This retailer is attentive and got back to me immediately after I inquired on a vehicle on-line. Everyone I dealt with over the phone was upfront and questions were answered without hesitation. Once I made a visit to the store the staff was welcoming and the purchase experience was smooth. I made two trips to the dealer; one to drive the truck and work out the deal and the other visit was to pick it up. I live 3 hours away and did not hesitate or regret that they are so far away. Granted they had the right vehicle but the way they handle a transaction from the start to finish makes the trip worth it.

Mitchell, but I was looking for a convertible and was interested in the Eos. The first salesman I met, George Goggi, spent more than an hour with me test driving the car and going over all of its finer points. He was extremely knowledgeable and a great advocate for Volkswagens in particular. His efforts really led me to consider the car seriously and it ended up on my short list, and then it came down to choosing between the Eos and the Audi S5. Unfortunately, George got ill and had to take some time off, but he referred me to Joe Cabrera (who handles the Internet sales usually, I think). I did the actual hard negotiating with Joe and he was very easy to deal with and answered all my final questions on options and prices so I could make the final decision. I thought it was especially nice of him to step in for George and act as if I had been his customer all along; I felt comfortable dealing with him even though I had not met him in person. I finally decided to go with the Eos, and Joe was the one responsible for finishing up the transaction. He also took a long time with us the day of delivery to explain the features so we could get off to a good start with the car. A couple of days after getting the car, I misplaced the entire set of owners' manuals and Joe moved heaven and earth to get me a new set! I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen!
Buyer Beware Bought a CPO 2011 Golf. Car was not detailed. Windows were disgusting. Hair everywhere. Cleaned windshield to discover scratches. Obviously why it wasn’t cleaned. The day of delivery the salesman was trying to clean up the windows since the detail shop didn’t do its job. Missing trim on vent. Cut in door panel. I am not sure what constitutes a CPO car but obviously the standards aren’t very high. Discovered the traction control button doesn’t work and a Bent rim. Mitchell took the car for 4 days and replaced the windshield and traction control button. Bent rim was balanced and door panel was made worse. Dealers slogan is Your road to total satisfaction. Yeah not so much.
including my 2012 Touareg TDI. I tow regularly with the vehicle, and after a recent service (which included a firmware flash) my trailer lights stopped working. After checking all the fuses, I went to the dealership to see if they could determine the issue. I was already late for a trip to Maine, and they reluctantly looked at the vehicle after making my sit around for an hour. They couldn't fix it so I had to rent a vehicle to tow my trailer. I left the vehicle with them the following week & they replaced a fuse (in an unmarked location on the passenger side of the vehicle). They blamed an adapter in my vehicle that I don't use for my trailer, and said it wouldn't be covered under warranty (Even though the truck is 14 months old and under 36k miles). They then did me a big favor and only charged my $110! 1/2 of what they said I owed! To change a 50¢ fuse! I can't imagine how they treat "customers" that bought there $50k vehicle somewhere else!
come here it only gets better. I traveled from the Springfield area to dealer not only to buy a new tdi originally but make the trip for all my VW needs. Great people in office and in the shop. All around great experience.
to install parts properly and their mechanic said the car was all set I went out to start it and none of the controls they installed worked. They were more worried about whether I returned their car back with a full tank of gas then they were about the fact their mechanic failed to fix my car properly and I only had to take their car because of their failure to fix my car. Then they blamed VW for their mechanic not knowing how to fix car properly. Does not excuse the fact that mechanic did not check car before saying it was all set if he did he would have found nothing worked. have no faith in there service dept.
services you are receiving up front. In addition, they go over any additional maintenance that you may want to consider, especially with older model VWs.
three years, just recently purchasing our second TDI from them. They are fair. They got us the hard-to-find model we wanted. And they have been very responsive in terms of our service needs. It's a good dealership.

service or, as this time, for a basically annoying little glitch (flat tire), the whole service department crew is marvelous. They are courteous, thoughtful about your time, know what's needed and accomplish it in superb fashion. Sure, in our 70's we hate to spend money. But the prices are fair and in line with what's customary. Just wish the cars were as cheap as that ol' Beetle was in 1959 when it was $1895. :) I mean, our little 2010 Golf cost more than our first home in San Diego CA in 1970. :) As for the team, there is no way for them to improve as far as we're concerned. Just keeping doing what your doing. And as for sales, I've bought 6 vehicles from Scott Dell. Do I trust him to be fair and honest? You bet! Can't say enough good things about this dealership or, when we had the old 83 Volvo, the fine folks at Mitchell Volvo. Great people, great service! I recommend this VW dealership and Mitchell's Volvo/SAAB to our friends all the time!
courteous and go over everything with you. I bring my Routan there for all service because I know when I take it to Mitchell's it will be done right. I did try to use one of those common places for an oil change and they used the wrong oil. Horrible experience and the truth is you get what you pay for !!! Mitchell's is a good value and good service.
