no words to describe how shocked I am with the behavior of this dealerships sales team. I am in the market for a very specific used G Wagon AMG 63. They are my local dealer and did not have what I was looking for. I phoned today and asked if I could test drive a G wagon before I made my purchase. I was completely upfront I would not be purchasing from them BUT they will be my dealer for service. The gentlemen made me an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealer. When I got there the woman they assigned me to was engaging until she realized I was not purchasing and I quote said 'you cannot just test drive and put miles on a G wagon' and refused to let me test drive. I asked for the manager and she replied 'he told me this'. I insisted and she brought him in to talk with me. When I addressed what she said she denied it and started making loud accusations and stormed out. The poor manager tried to salvage any bit of this mess he could. Offering a test drive in a 550 etc. I repeated to him I had phoned this morning and was clear on my intentions. I left, shaking. Needless to say I will never come back for service, will share my vile experience with others and will remain completely baffled that since many car dealerships rely on word of mouth the leadership here would allow their sales people to truly abuse potential clients. If this dealer responds and denies any portion of this, they are FLAT OUT LYING... stay clear, drive to Orlando
