We brought it to our mechanic who found NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of problems and said they had steamed cleaned the bottom of the car to hide the leaks. They also have a non-negotiable $800 doc fee!!!!! DISGUSTING. PREDATORY. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL.

Mize. Mainly because on their advise. They told us it would be better for us to make our purchase at the dealership where they found the van we wanted because it would save us thousands in transportation fees. The salesman Cory and manager Greg were some of the best people I’ve met in years. Honest. Helpful. It was truly a blessing. I would recommend getting your next vehicle from this young man, Cory in a second.

In his rush to finish my bronco he left the lid off the washer fluid and seemingly never filled it. I put half a gallon in once I arrived home. Everything else was fine.

used car at Marshal Mize. She was friendly and professional and not at all pushy. The car I traded in was 9 years old so did not have the newer technology. Callie was very patient showing me all the new "bells and whistles" on the newer car, and told me to text or call her if I needed anything after I drove the car home. The finance manager, Zach Ables, worked with me on financing to get me a monthly payment I could afford. I'm loving my "new to me" car!

generally easy to deal with. My only issue with them is the decree from their finance department to make the customer pay credit and debit card swipe fees. I feel certain these fees have been covered for years as a cost of doing business, just like electric bills or property taxes. All this does is pad their profits in a way that is off-putting to virtually all their customers.
