Edward Clayton's attention and knowledge addressing my concerns. However, the rating should be a 4.6. I had to send my Ford F-150 sent back to the detail area to have the blue film removed on my new set of Goodyear Wranglers P275/R15/R20's. I was there for scheduled service and tire replacement.

dealership. I bought a 2016 F-150 Tuscany FTX and when I bought it i asked the salesman if I sell this truck would I get more than what's the model is based off. Well a year later I was going to trade the truck in and they were going to give me what a Lariat was worth not a FTX so they lied. The reason I had asked them was that I have owned 2 other vehicles with the Rocky Ridge packages and when I sold them or traded I was only given the value of the base package. Don't buy a specialty vehicle and expect to be given a fair value of the trade in unless you see that vehicle package in NADA. Rocky Ridge , FTX and other packages are added and if the salesman tells you that you will get added value when trading in he or she is lying. They will get you in the vehicle but you will be so upside down on it that you better be ready to keep it. So for the sake of your sanity DON'T BUY A SPECIALTY VEHICLE. If you want a Lariat buy a Lariat and fix it up yourself.

unorganized and not in a hurry to sell vehicles. We agreed on a deal and I submitted my paperwork for financing. After 3 days of no contact I spoke with the manager and he advised that he was "working the deal" but since it was an out-of-state purchase it would take a bit longer to process. After 3 additional days passed, I texted JJ and advised him that it was obvious that they didn't want to move forward with the purchase. I eventually went to Dallas (from CO) and financed/purchased a new F-150.

Best decision I’ve made was buying an SUV here.

I got a price on the SUV I wanted over the phone. When I got there the next day the SUV was still there at the price quoted.

three hours away at Mac Haik Ford in Jackson, MS. I called to confirm it was still available and spoke with Ben McCullough. I made the three hour trip and when I arrived Ben had the truck pulled right up front. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful and the buying experience was great. I did not realize it was a Roush dealer. They had every Ford truck imaginable and plenty of them! Ben and the team took care of us and we got the truck we wanted. If I find myself in need of another automobile I will definitely visit Mac Haik Ford again. Ben for the win!
