staff, especially James. Our Lexus’s are very well taken care of.

They make it right and never try to push anything not needed on the customer.

The service coordinator was also good. My problem was the job was substantially more than the quote I received. The labor for the battery install was not on the quote at all. By the time shop supplies were added, the final bill was 118 higher than the quote. I did spend 21 on a suggested full additive. I feel the labor for the battery should have been included the quote. It took me a while to tie the quote back to the final bill.

Working with Vy on new car while service department changed oil. I worked with Jeff in service department. He is always helpful.

appt. they were able to get me in and out the same day. Jeff the service agent worked with me on a couple little things and got it all done while we sat there. the were able to wash the multiple dried bug spatter off the front and then told me how to do that without rubbing off the paint.

The staff seems to care about customer satisfaction and doing the right thing.

experience. I purchased a car from them remotely, and the communication from the salesperson was very minimal. I never felt comfortable or assured that they were working to get me the car I wanted. I felt in the dark most of the time and confused about many things. They were not informative or helpful unless I asked specific questions from my own research and then I only got short text answers back. I spoke to a manager who was more helpful with my questions, but I felt he got pushy with add-ons. The car is good, but even the delivery was challenging because they didn't let me know when it was scheduled, only a heads up that it was on the way, without an ETA. And even that was a short confusing text. The car arrived with a stain on the passenger seat and when I pointed it out, they only apologized for missing that in the detail. The service overall was far from the professionalism I would expect from a Lexus dealership.

for my vehicle of an hour and a half to two hours. My car was sitting outside ready to go for at least 20 minutes before I went into the service advisor’s office to ask about it being done. In the past, I have never waited on a vehicle for service; I have just requested a rental. They’ve always done a great job with my car, but if you don’t have several hours to spare, I don’t recommend waiting.

My car is making a loud growling noise when the A/C is on high and this is the second time I have had this issue at pick up. My service was very expensive so would have liked for them to have resolved it immediately instead of asking me to call them back if it the issue didn't resolve itself.
