I highly recommend Mitch and this dealership. They have great pricing, and the purchase process was easy and smooth. I was able to communicate all the purchase terms with Mitch ahead of time and it was exactly as we agreed to when we purchased and took delivery of the vehicle. The rest of the employees were also very friendly and helpful.

days. I have not had one phone call in 30 days. I have had to stop by and get my updates and I have yet to get my transmission ordered through warranty. Service advisor I guess is no longer with the company... The absolute worst service I have ever received. I have even called and spoken with the service manager and still no update call. I told them if I dont get a solid update today I will be pulling it out and taking it to Seth Wadley in Pauls Valley. Even the service advisors in the office when I stopped by today said they dropped the ball.

Took delivery, then I got home and found a Facebook ad displaying the vehicle we purchased, which had been made by an employee of the dealership, describing two keys, with photo evidence of said keys. I enquired with our salesman about finding the 2nd key, which they were unsuccessful in locating. I then asked if they would be willing to furnish a 2nd key fob since it had been lost in their care. Josh called me, and gave me the runaround quoting their website says they only guarantee one key with the vehicle, and I've already taken delivery. It is on me for not researching further into the vehicle before entering the contract, I do feel however that I expected honesty from the dealership that was not given to me. I purchased a Honda from Fowler Toyota when I turned 16. They had not put oil in it and the engine failed a few days after I brought it home. They took the vehicle back without hesitation when it had been sold 'as is' just like this vehicle, meaning they were under no obligation to take it back. I will never be buying from Landers again. I fully accept my part, my own lack of research, but am still disappointed in their behavior. If I had the opportunity to return the vehicle, I would. I do want to mention Collin, our salesperson, did an excellent job working with us. The fact he even bothered looking for the missing key is appreciated.

Bought extended warranty. Was told it was 100k over the 49k that was on the purchased vehicle but turns out it was 100k period, so we got 50k. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew that. Be careful.

Landers that I feel compelled to share as a warning to other potential customers. I purchased a used vehicle that was purportedly inspected to ensure all components were functioning properly. However, within mere days it became abundantly clear that either these inspections are incompetently performed or non-existent. The windshield wiper fluid did not work when I test drove the vehicle. The salesperson, Sam Nicholson, assured me this would be quickly repaired if not simply an issue due to cold weather. Yet after repeated unreturned contacts to follow-up, I learned he no longer works for the dealership and the issue still has not been fixed. I spoke to Braxton Stoneking in the service department twice about this issue and he has also failed to provide resolution. Moreover, in just the first two weeks I've had to pay over $2500 to replace a faulty radiator, battery, and oil cooler. The fact that major issues arose so quickly makes it very difficult to believe this vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to purchase as claimed by the dealership. In summary, I cannot recommend Landers after the misrepresentations I experienced about the vehicle condition and extremely poor, dismissive service since purchase. It is clear customer satisfaction is not a priority once the sale has been made. I urge others to take their business elsewhere and hope Landers learns that providing dishonest sales tactics and disrespectful customer service will only lead to losing future business.

2021. A week or so ago I received a RECALL for a transmission problem. Guess what! LANDERS NO LONGER EORKS ON RAM PROMASTERS!! So you uphold your end of the deal and they drop you like hot rock! So there you go!

Landers Dodge is the worst I've ever dealt with. I bought a used truck next day turned on Air conditioner. Didn't work. Called Landers they said tough luck. I'm 65 have cancer. And can't take heat on cancer meds. Please don't buy here. They are heartless and GM doesn't care. I trying contact owner. AGAIN DONT BUY HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY USED VEHICLES JUNK

He made me feel like family and like he really cared. He helped get me into my dream car for a payment I could afford.

And you make an appointment just to be told you’ll have to leave it a few days just to see what’s wrong by hooking up the computer. They only have 6 loaner cars and a long list. You may have to wait weeks to get a ride or loaner car. The last time I left it I ended up with dents in the tail gate. I’ll never buy from them again.

It does not extend your warranty! I purchased my vehicle 10/12/2020 with 36,420 miles and added an extended warranty plan for $4000 on top of my financing price. making my per month be $666 .50 a month when without it $568.62. I added what I believed was 45,000 extended warranty with Assurant and coming to need it my vehicles transmission went out on 1/23/2023 with 83,069 and was declined coverage because it added 45,000 to the mileage it had expiring at 81,420. To my understanding extended warranty should be after the original factory warranty of 60,000 miles coming to be extended till 105,000 miles. Now I am struggling to repair this and still pay the $666.50 a month for nothing. I never used it on any repairs. I only used my vouchers for oil changes that came with it. EXTENDED WARRANTY is not extended if it voids the factory warranty. Adding this made it valid for only 21,420 warranty miles. This is a scam and I attempted to contact Landers and spoke to Zach in service who apparently would be contacting Assurant to fix this and when he did Assurant needed a signature from Sales Advisor Les who called me back two days later to say that it was expired . There was nothing he could do. I am very disappointed in this. They attempted to have me trade it in to offer me $25,000 for it. I since then have towed it from Confidence Ford to my house waiting to have the money to repair it. Meanwhile leaving a family of 5 kids to struggle on how to make it till this is completed. A complete waste of money do not fall for this trick. We also put $15,000 down and paid $666.50 for 50 months making it $33,325 plus the down we have invested $48,325 dollars . I feel that I was taken advantage of.

I had spoken with salesman Christian a few times regarding a used vehicle I was very interested in. The day of purchase I didn’t get to work with him, but was helped by Adam, who was also great. Negotiation was fair as well as trade in. Michael with financing was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. I’ve purchased several cars with my husband, but this was my first to do while he was overseas. They made the process easy for us. A bonus is they have a very clean waiting room, awesome coffee machine, and a kids private room with cartoons playing. It kept my kids happy!

(Mopar) that I had purchased when I brought my 2015 Charger. The work was a headlight problem and was told by the service advisor Braxton Stoneking that the Ballest was over heating and that the complete headlight assembly would have to be replace with the wiring loom and that it was not covered,. When I asked what it would cost to repair it , he informed me that it would be $1500.00. He told me he would try and find out why the repairs were not covered. After waiting a few days to hear back from him, I called he said there way nothing he could do period. That's when I spoke with the service manager Jeremy Yandell to see if he knew why it wasn't covered he said they didn't cover headlights and that was all there was to it. I told him I would understand if it was the bulb itself, but that they're talking about $1500.00 dollars and besides that , I had that headlight worked on by Landers Dodge Service dept. once before and that, the Technician doing the work told me that he was having to rewire the fuss block due to a Manufacture Defect and at the time he told me that I was standing at the car and he had the wiring all exposed. When I got the car back it worked fine and all the work was covered under the warranty, that's what was confusing me, about this latest problem. So while I was speaking with the service manager Jeremy Yandell I pointed out to him that I had work done on that headlight prior, he said "yeah 2 years ago". So I asked for the Mopar customer service number, he yelled out across the service bay to Braxton Stoneking to give me the number, he did only in a way to get rid of me . This was just the start of about 3weeks going back and forth with these guys. Then I started calling customer service. That was another whole experience in itself.
