I’ve ever experienced. From the salesperson to the manager, it was clear that no one cared about resolving the issues I encountered. What’s even more disappointing is that after escalating the matter directly to Land Rover USA, I received the same lack of concern—no action was taken to address the problems. Sadly, it seems that customer care is not a priority at any level. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering buying a Range Rover.

This came as a shock while looking at the first set of numbers given. The dealership didn’t have a true answer as to why this is not disclosed on their website. At the end they took the LoJack line on the purchase agreement away and added the $995 to the price of the vehicle.

approved by the backup salesman name Nick, because my salesman Chase was on leave the next day. The backup salesman Nick had me send my license showed credit options. Two hours later, I called an he says the car was sold 2 hours ago. Now the car is still listed but they raised the price to $42,852. Never in my life have I witness such horrible salesmanship and customer service. Most homes or car dealerships put sale pending. If you want to do all the work and be in route to Orlando to have your car sold? Go to Land Rover Orlando. From the previous comment this a pattern with the dealership. Nick said they typically don't hold vehicles with a down payment as I offered? Well you do or you don't.

I called four times before reaching a sales person I left messages emails etc. after finally getting contact with a sales person Nick I was told vehicle was in stock gave him all my information identification drivers license he told me he’ll contact me the next day which was Tuesday and haven’t heard from him I called texted nothing . I tried calling dealership again and once again no one picks up. Bad business Update today at least Ricky reached out to me a different salesman and told me the vehicle was sold. Shout out to Nick who couldn’t contact me and let me know that. Great saleman( sarcasm)

I am so very sorry to leave a very negative review of this dealership. My name is Anita Albano and am recently retired. My husband Terry surprised me with my dream car for my retirement an Audi A3 convertible. The car is immaculate and my favorite color white. The price was so ideal that my husband and I purchased a one way ticket to Orlando to purchase the vehicle and drive it nine hours back to our home town of Mobile Alabama. Julius Green the general manager assured us prior to heading back to Mobile that all would be fine for our nine hour drive. 5 minutes into our drive the low oil light came on and I immediately pulled into an auto parts store on a Sunday morning. Terry could not assist because he was o. Several international calls. So I walked into advanced auto parts and luckily found 0W 30 on a Sunday. My husband wanted to pour the oil in but could not break away from his call. So I went to action. Thank goodness I did not get any on my white dress😀. My husband Terry attempted to call Mr Green on several attempts but received no return call from him very disappointing. So I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership. I do love my Audi but have decided to cut ties with Land Rover of Orlando and start a relationship with our local Audi dealership since they return our calls. So sorry for the bad review. What I thought was a great deal (price and mileage), turned out to be my worst car buying experience. There was a heavy vibration in the vehicle when I was driving home at a high speed. Decided to take the car to a credible source for inspection. The findings were alarming. There were vital missing pieces under the vehicle that connect the axle and base of the car. I was told the car should’ve never been sold it that condition for safety reasons. Took the car back to Land Rover to get fixed and was given a loaner. I don’t live around the corner. This is a hour and 45 minute commute. I chased this dealership for missing paperwork, updates on my vehicle. They bear the name of an Elite dealer but operate like a random roadside auto group. They made zero provisions for the inconvenience they caused me. I’m still waiting for a part that’s on order. When I did my research, I was told I can get the part in two days as it is in stock at an Orlando dealership. It’s been two weeks and counting, I’m still waiting. Customers are numbers when they walk through the doors of this dealership. They have zero customer service etiquette and don’t seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. Do not be swayed by pricing. Do your research and spend your money with a dealership whose actions match the elite name they bear.

I bought a LWB Autobiography it is sixth Land Rover vehicle I have bought. Matt was great to work with very informative and efficient. I would recommend him highly. Clarke

Purchased a 16 Yukon Denali, left it for a week to get service completed because I told the sales rep I felt a judder at every shift point even though I could only drive up to 40mph on their route and the rear driver taillight was out. About 2 weeks later I’m planning on picking up the vehicle and coordinated to be picked up but on the drive back to the dealer as the salesperson was driving, there was a horrible trans judder. I had not taken delivery at that point and asked to speak with the sales manager to cancel the deal but was talked into leaving with it after being comforted about their reputation with Lithia Motors and how they stand behind their product. I made sure to let them know I would keep the deal if they covered and fixed the judder. Came back twice before a Trans flush done which was just a bandaid. Judder came back and after leaving it with them for a month and taking it to GMC, we find out it needs a new transmission. It’s been a total of 3 months lost waiting for a resolution. I’ve made a total of 6 2-hour trips and have been very understanding but now I’m being stuck with the bill. Either I lose $12k to trade in or I lose $6k-$7k to fix after only having it for a few months.

Land Rover of Orlando sold me a used LEMON. This dealership does NOT stand behind the vehicles they sell. This has been the worst experience in my life pertaining to an automobile. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar F-Type and purchased their “top of the line” extended warranty. In 20 months and as little as 13,300 miles drive time my car has been at my local dealership 8 times for repairs and a combined total of 5 months. Each time this car broke down it was a struggle to get the warranty company to approve the claim resulting in a delay of the repair. On one occasion it took 31 days and on the most recent occasion, 3 months before the claim was approved. During the most recent situation, due to the struggles to get the claim approved and the length of time without a vehicle, I felt helpless, so I reached out to my sales rep for assistance/ guidance. He put me in contact with the warranty sales rep who assured me he would assist and get back in touch with me as soon as possible. I never heard another word, so I followed up with additional phone calls and emails to them both. Once again, no response from either. Then I reached out to the sales manager, the service manager, the Lithia manager, and the General Manager. Not one person returned my phone calls or emails. Not one person tried to assist. They do not stand by their vehicles, warranty, or the customer. I will never purchase another vehicle from Land Rover of Orlando as long as I live.
