Estimated $1600.to fix and I would get it 2 days ago. Today the found a new problem. Need $600 more and maybe done in next 2-3 days. Have bought 3 new cars from them. Not 1 call or text from them since I brought my car in to be fixed. No calls returned. No updates from them. No cars there for me to use during this time. I am a 1 car family. This is a huge inconvenience for me. And they should have kept me in the loop. Not just order parts and not talk to me. Service department is deplorable!

I couldn't get to the dealership for 4 days to look at the vehicle I wanted to purchase but they held it for me. After the purchase there was a service issue. This was a 6 year old vehicle without warranty but since it happened right after I purchased it they took care of the entire costs. The staff and facility is very professional and great to work with.

they were very extremely through with the point check that was not what the car was brought in for. they did fix the problem correctly and the first time. they did change the oil as requested but didn't check the rest of the fluids or washer fluid was missed on the point check or oil change. Did do the courtesy car wash. The service person was very knowledgeable and did great. The dealership is extremely worried about the ratings review being filled out to the point of overly important, if the service and work is done correctly (in my opinion) people usually return for service. As in my experience I will never use the Luverne ford dealership.

Their salesperson Katie went out of her way to bring us the vehicle closer for our initial inspection and test drive. She was politely persistent after our test drive, even after we opted not to purchase the vehicle at that time. Thankfully our finances changed soon after and we were able to purchase the vehicle. Katie arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off in our home town just in time for my wife's birthday. Thank you Team Kruse!
