I saw a car listed on carfax listed by Ken Garff Kia. I made a call, a sales guy, Wili quickly answered my call, told me that the car is being prepped, it was 16.5K. (it was listed as 16.9K online). I told him to shoot me the best out of door pricing...he came back and told me that they couldn't sell me the car, as someone made a mistake. I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that the manager was busy at the moment and for sure, he would return my call. Guess what? no calls, no response. Hey, you are a car dealer. List your car, and people browse and buy. If you cannot honor your pricing or even have the courtesy to return an inquiry call, then you are no diff than a street corner used car lot. Don't do business with them, no Wili, no Kia Bell Road. What a disappointment, they gave car sales professionals a bad name. Don't do business with them. I hope you guys will always be missing your bonus targets and be cheated by your buyers. Enjoy!
Car** Dear Ken Graff Kia Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a used car I recently purchased from your dealership. While the salesman, Jordan, was very helpful during the purchase process, I have encountered several issues with the vehicle and subsequent service that I would like to address. I purchased the car on Thursday, August 1st, and by Saturday, August 3rd, I noticed several problems, including a diminishing battery life, a broken wireless charging pad, and a dangling piece under the steering wheel. According to the Tesla website, these issues are not normal. I brought the car to your service department on Monday, August 5th, and explained the issues to the service technician. After approximately three hours, I received a call informing me that your system could not connect to the Tesla and that I would need to take it to a Tesla service center. Unfortunately, Tesla is fully booked until September 30th, which is an unreasonably long wait to have my car fixed. I requested to speak with a manager to discuss return options, as waiting until September 30th is not feasible. I also inquired about my Volkswagen keys, which I had left in the car, and was assured by three different staff members that my car would be available for pick-up after 7 PM, as I work late hours. After speaking with two managers, including John, I was informed that I would need to speak with the used car manager, who would not be available until August 6th. They stated that the issues I was experiencing were normal, despite my research indicating otherwise. I was promised a call from the used car manager upon his arrival. On the evening of August 5th, I visited the dealership around 7:30 PM to retrieve my car or Volkswagen keys, as I needed to go to work. I was told that the car was in service and could not be accessed. John kindly offered to reimburse me for an Uber ride to and from work. The following morning, after my night shift, I returned to the dealership to pick up my car and keys. John requested that I email the Uber receipts and informed me that the used car manager would be in shortly after 8 AM on August 6th. I explained that I needed to rest before work and requested a call instead. I called the dealership at 1:30 PM on August 6th, as I had not received any communication regarding the return of the car. I was once again told that the used car manager was unavailable. I left my name and phone number but did not receive a call that day. On August 7th, I called the dealership again and spoke with another manager named Chuck, as the used car manager was still unavailable. Chuck informed me that there might not be a return policy for used cars but promised to pass my information to the General Manager. Despite this, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my concerns. The lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter, including the return of the car and reimbursement for the two unnecessary Uber rides. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Texted with sales rep before I went in, and they told me they were very competitive in pricing, but when I got there, they tried to sell me a vehicle with no dealer discount, when every other Kia dealer is offering a multi-thousand dollar discount. Their initial offer was $15k higher than another offer I had--which is a lot of additional profit for one vehicle at a Kia dealership. Only after numerous back and forths between the salesperson and sales manager, did they offer a minimus dealer discount. If you value your time, and like to not give away money, you might want to shop somewhere else.

was very smooth, upfront and professional thank you Kevin Blachowski

No follow up on We Owes. Argumentative and lied about add-ons being required for financing and were appalled when I pointed out in their own paperwork it was optional and can not be a condition. Shady practices and giving the Kia name a dark shadow. Very poor ambassadors of the brand.

I just want my GAP refund check that is due me.

Before i text drive, they had to air to two of tires. Salesman said they just need air. Both of the tires were flat and hat to buy two new tires in two days. There was a little chip on the windshield, salesman said the service department will call you, of course, they never did. I text them few more times and they stop answering my text. They are just a looser salesman, they lie. I will never go there again.
then- at signing learned miles, then coop in windshield, and 2 missing parts Asked to cancel service agreements- they became upset and made me very frustrated- ended up asking me to leave I am awaiting parts- windshield repair and which agreement’s canceled

Garff Kia Bell Road team! They made my first new car buying experience easy, educational, and overall successful! I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the whole transaction from the sales consultant Detrick’s professionalism, transparency, and advice, the GM Armando’s flexibility and the F&I Director Shaun’s willingness to work with my budget while setting me up with the best possible vehicle service contract! Needless to say, Ken Garff Kia Bell Road has earned itself a lifelong customer!

to buy the vehicle, marking them up $10k for their greed. Then will not stick by their vehicles after you drive them off the lot, will not help you with warranty claims and the rudest sales manager I have ever come across. I had an issue where it more than likely is faulty parts or something not completed at the factory. He berated me in the parking lot in front of my family, that it was damage done by an impact, mind you there is ZERO damage, not the smallest scuff. The issue was a bumper panel that is loose and is most likely a broken bumper clip inside the bumper and 3 rivets missing in the wheel well cover. He claims that there was a large enough impact that it broke the bumper clip and popped out the 3 wheel well rivets flawlessly, without ANY external damage. Would not even consider that it is faulty, would not submit a warranty claim for The manufacturer to decide. This is the second issue I had with them trying to get them to do a warranty claim. I dont have enough room here to describe that one, but ultimately ended up with me having to contact the manufacturer for them to call the dealership and make them address it. Absolutely terrible customer service, no such thing as a customer to them, they only want their $ and can care less about sticking by their sale. Disgusting service!

I asked what was the price of a specific Telluride. I gave me the MSRP. I explained that I would be flying out in a week to purchase. I purchased a plane ticket and called to confirm a time. At this point in the conversation I asked again about the price and he said that it did not include the $9995 dealer markup. I was polite and explained the he did not mention this in our last call, already purchased a ticket and would be cancelling. He said he would do what he could. He called me back the next day and said the Head of Sales approved a $6000 discount for the mistake. HARD PASS and thank you.

He was the first to meet us in the store, greet us, and offer us water. When we found the car we wanted, he was an active listener and engaged in the conversation. He took the time to listen to our requests and questions. We were very comfortable talking with him. He was the first car salesperson that made us feel like we were being heard. Paul is such a fantastic guy, and we would defiantly buy here again. I would also like to point out Nathaniel. He was also great to work with when dealing with some paperwork. He explained everything that made it understandable. Overall with the people and the experience, I would defiantly come here again if I needed to buy a car.
from this place look like a complete idiot. There are plenty of good alternatives to this vehicle and plenty of other dealers. Just walk away. That's exactly what we did.
bringing it here for it's regular service maintenance because the level of service at this shop impresses me every time i go there. I'm always greeted by name and promptly, car is ready when they say it will be and it's never a hassle, getting in and out of there is pleasantly easy. Thanks Jason for all you do!

Got us the car of our dreams at a great price for the market today

I was met by Wally in the lot and he asked me a few questions. He said he didn't have much but showed me one that was recently purchased. We went inside to run the numbers. I had a screen shot of what was on their website. He came back with....We can't honor that screen shot because there are all kinds of other stuff that need to be added on. I have to pay $1000 just because he had no cars and $1550 for freight to get the car there. By the time he got done with all the add on's, I said no thank you and left. I went to another dealership that day and did purchase a 2022 Kia Rio. I know now just by talking to the 2nd dealership, that Wally was double dipping me and that he used the lowest credit score as well just to get more money out of me. Not cool. I highly suggest not coming to this dealership. And Wally.....Earnhardt Kia Peoria said hi and thank you for the sale!!!!!!
I inquired about 2 vehicles on their website. I get a call from a salesman named Henry who says they have a different model available, or a preowned available. He said the 2 I was asking about are not available. Come to find out the next morning the story changes and the 2 I'm interested are going to be available. So I feel like he tried to pull a bait and switch right out the gate. They tried to push me to come down to the dealership, but their location is not convenient from where I live, so I asked for an idea of a price so I could decide if it would worth it to come down and make a deal. So via phone, he gives me an outrageous out the door price to which I said it was way beyond other dealer offers. He said he could take off things like the service agreement/warranties. I never asked for those things to be included in the first place, so he was trying to roll those into the price which seemed deceptive. I told him what price I was looking for based on another offer that I had, he puts me on hold, comes back and says "good news, we can beat that price" so we agreed to a price just slightly less. I set up an appointment to come in today, but called first to make sure we are still talking about the same vehicle stock #, and confirm that it is still available. He referenced the price we discussed the day prior, and says I can make a refundable deposit via phone. I said great, and that I would call him back to likely do that. He calls me back 5 minutes later to say his manager wrote down a different price, one that was $1K higher. I said that does not work for me. Henry says he would see what he could do, calls me back, says that it is the $1K higher price, and they are already "taking a loss on the vehicle" which I do not believe for a second as they are charging over MSRP as it is. Total waste of time.

something else was wrong with it which was going to cost me $650 to fix. It did not need this. They also kept my car for I think it was 2 days. I will never take my Kia there again
contacting. He made me feel very comfortable treating in my vehicle all from home. There was no hassle he was fast with the paperwork I told him what I wanted and he delivered. I have had several cars and always dreaded dealerships. He changed my mind on all that! Thank you Paul for all your hard work and attention to all the details I wanted!!!
James. My car was stolen and James has been helping me deal with my insurance company to get my car repaired. I’ve been planning on getting a new car and wasn’t planning on getting another Kia, but because of James’s exceptional knowledge and customer service I will be. He really goes the extra mile for his customers. Words can’t express how thankful I am for everything he has done for me thus far.
pleasant, knowledgeable & he really went that extra mile.
But after leaving, I noted the window sticker gave a 5000 mile/6 month oil change interval. KIA, in their owners manual, TO COMPLY WITH THEIR WARRANTY, recommends a 7500 mile/12 month interval. I called and pointed this out to the service adviser. He didn't know what the Kia recommendations were. And he tried making other invalid lame excuses. I will rely on Kias knowledge of their car rather than some sketchy half-baked service person. What this does is double the oil change service business the dealership does. AND it costs the vehicle owner twice as much. READ THE OWNERS MANUAL AND KNOW THE RECOMMENDED INTERVALS. Don't fall for the scam from this dealership. I won't be back. I like the car bought elsewhere. Note that Garff is a new owner of this dealership and the vast majority of reviews are likely for the former owner Earnhardt. Later in the day after I returned another person from the dealership called trying to persuade me and offering a new sticker. I declined -- they are schmucks.

location, but ownership has changed. Fortunate that all of the great people in service stayed on with the new ownership. Great & quick service at this dealership
the dash telling the tire pressure system is alerting. In addition to this, the screen within the dash goes black which in turn prevents me from using the cruise control. This is of great concern for a two week old 2022. Then the backup camera gave an alert it was not connected. Yikes! I roll with this stuff. Nothing time sensitive. New tech can be buggy, still love my Telluride. What I don’t find comforting when contacting this dealers service center, where I purchased the car, to request an appointment, the first words from the the team member on the phone was “I don’t have anything until after the 18th” in a manner that said I don’t want you to come, it would be a burden. Disappointed, to say the least. I know there are unpleasant people, customer service is brutal. I use my please and thank yous and keep a positive tone, looking for solutions and compromise, but as the customer I shouldn’t have to be the one who provides all the solutions please offer me options, and fake you want my business. I received a review of barometric/temp changes effecting tire pressure and I could check my tire pressure, perfect can do, but the other items will still need to be looked at by a technician. It felt like there was no listening because I had kindly explained the three issues I was having. So another dealer I go, it felt as if this dealer is overwhelmed and doesn’t want anymore business. I’ll try the dealer closer to my home which was more convenient anyway. I hate writing negative reviews! But literally bought another new car for my Son at another Dealer last night and never felt the push back I did her win a single phone call from here. I hope this is one off for them. Creating awareness. now I’m worried they will all be like this…
wanted and didn’t pressure us. We got the deal we wanted and we were truly done in two hours. This was our best experience buying a car.
to fit our budget. We received a very good trade in value. Overall experience was pleasant and we would consider purchasing from them again.

the Kia dealers in CA said 3weeks to look at our car. Had it shipped back to Earnhardt Kia and Service Manager Larry Donahue identified and fixed the issue in two days. Phenomenal Communication and follow through!

BELL Rd always delivers expert service from technician thru consultant and front desk personnel! You are always kept informed up front, and you leave knowing you can count on your vehicle being fixed or serviced right the first time!
look at was waiting, test drive was great, and we received a very good trade in value. We drove out in a new Telluride in less than three hours, and that does not happen very often anywhere.

and James Martin was my service advisor. The recall was performed very quickly and James did a great job of walking me through everything. We are regulars at Earnhardt and this is why. We will certainly keep coming back.
extremely helpful and patient with all of the questions we had. He made the entire process very easy for us and we would highly recommend him. Hope to work with him again in the future.
experience and my service visits are even better! Their nice, attentive and courteous service department makes me even happier I purchased from Earnhardt Kia! Top notch!

first brand new car I have bought on my own and the car is smarter than I am. I have had issues with the computer system and they busted their behinds to have it replaced with a new one. Along with owning a brand new car, comes the technology with it. I just took it back for a message about my tire pressure that wouldn't go away. After James sat in the car with me and walked me thru some things I didn't know about, I felt very stupid. They have been more than patient and understanding with some of my frustrations and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any service needs you may have.
service. Jason White, was my service adviser, very polite and professional. Jason explained the first visit procedures, the service was performed quickly and my Seltos was returned clean and serviced. I would recommend Earnhardt KIA. to my friends and family, Joe L ,Sun City, AZ.
salesman within two or three minutes after arriving. Art was very accommodating and showed us the models he had available. We only went down to look but because Art was so good at demonstrating the vehicle that we leased immediately instead of waiting. Thank you Art!
family. Ron Monaco was very helpful and answered all my concerns. This is my 2nd purchase. Love KIA Vehicles
— Joviz

above & beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone was friendly & made sure I was comfortable & happy! Best dealership experience ever!! Thanks so much!
He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the car I was looking for! I definitely recommend Earnheardt Kia and Scott F!
— Culloa03
internet and by text, they offered me 2300.00 less than my car was worth and when I didn’t accept the (We are trying to STEAL your trade and make a bunch of money off you) offer things went south from there. The sales guy or internet guy (which is ultimately the same sales guy either way) I guess was offended by me not wanting to be ripped off got nasty and smart with me instead of talking it out. Since when do smart mouth salesman get to talk to customers that way, when I was in the car business customers were important and car deals paid the bills and if we disrespected customers in any way ( you may lose your job). But I guess not at Earnhardt Kia.. Just so everyone knows that means you the nasty salesman/ internet sales Lol what a joke salesman at Earnhardt Kia is that there are other car dealers that I could buy from.
— Furby
1st visit and couldn’t have been happier! I worked with Leann who was very knowledgeable and friendly! She explained the process and was very prompt ! Everyone was very friendly and when I got my car back, they had even given it a bath! Looked awesome! Thank you!
