When the ID.4 xxxxxxPlus didnt have the auto folding side mirrors, which is why I wanted the Plus, Wen found me my second choice - the xxxxxxgray/gray. Perfect. I didnt want to test drive it in traffic so she took me on a ride and pointed out the main driving features. I had my car with me so Wen followed me home so I could drop it off and then took me back to the dealership to pick up my new car! I was excited to get it home but Wen wouldnt let me go until she explained and showed me everything! And made sure I could drive safely. She was awesome to work with. I didnt feel like she was trying to sell me something. It was more that she wanted to help me to get what I wanted and needed. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends and family.

was interested in I spent the following day negotiating the price of a vehicle over text and phone calls and finally agreed on a purchase price after much going back and forth with their management. I provided my information to be used to prepare the contracts and informed my salesman that I would show up at the dealership at an agreed upon time to sign the papers and pay for the car. Low and behold, on my way to the dealership, not 5 minutes away and due to arrive earlier than I had indicated, I get a text from my salesman stating that the car has just been sold. He informed me since I hadn’t paid for the car or signed the contract the GM let another salesman sell the car. Now this is their right but we had an approved price and had the contracts filled out waiting for me to arrive to sign them. How ethical is it to sell it out from under someone that the car was promised to. I can understand if I said I’d show up at a certain time and never showed up but this was not the case. I’d recommend anyone that reads this look elsewhere for a car. This place has zero business ethics.
