was wrong, only that I had to go all the way to grand junction since he had one service tech. Completely dismissed any interest in helping find a date I could bring my new car in, just passed the buck to the dealership in junction. Very disappointed from a family owned dealership

Kevin was a great sales person to work with. Negotiations were easy and reasonable. He went the extra mile and sent items I left in the car back to me by mail. He was easy to connect with and made the buying process really simple and enjoyable. The finance department moved a little slow and pushed a few extras I didn't want, but not too hard but were also overall pretty easy to work with. I'd definitely go back for a car in future years.

I searched for 2 years for the 2014 Chev Impala LTZ and knew exactly what I wanted, color, price, miles everything. If I did find them close enough (I live in St. George, Ut.) they were sold before I could get there. We had planned a trip to Grand Junction, Co and as usual I was surfing for THE CAR the weekend before we were to leave. Low and behold there it was! And in Delta, Co no doubt. I was on the phone at 8:05 Monday morning. The salesman (Zay) sent me a video of the car and helped me tie it up until I could get there the following Wednesday. He was waiting when we got there and had the car ready and had ran the car to cool the interior off for us (99°). He and Mike walked me through everything, the car, paperwork, warrenties, the works. They answered every question I, my mother, or my Aunt had. I didn't feel pressured or pushed to made any quick decisions. These guys were great and I LOVE MY CAR!!!

Dealership was very good at answering any questions i had on the truck i live six hours away and had to make a trip to purchase it. Kevin was very nice and answered any question i had on truck very nice to my family. Was worth driving six hours for it . Great job Kevin !

Took to social media to find a place to fix my car after a hit and run. Many many people suggested I go talk to Bill at Hellmans in Delta Colorado. I did and man am I pleased! He took care of EVERYTHING from insurence to loaner car to my car. When I picked up my car from repairs it was shiny and clean! They'd even washed and vacuumed it and practically detailed the inside! For the life of me I can't figure out how they shined up my headlight covers- I felt like I was getting my old car back new! Singing their praises and won't go any place else ever! Bill is a prince of a man!

What a breath of fresh air. Not once did I ever feel pressured to do anything. I have always dreaded stepping foot on to a dealership for that reason. I have to admit I'm not an easy person to deal with but they were patient and understanding and they help me find exactly what I was looking for. To this day Kevin continues to go out of his way and make sure that I am happy customer. It has been a privilege to do business with this group and become part of their family.

The Hellman dealership was professional and courteous. Zay Bates (salesman) was polite and helpful. Michael Boyd (business manager) was patient and very knowledgeable with the paper work. Patrick Hellman of the ownership shook my hand and thanked us.

For several years I have been traveling thru Delta and on 2 occasions I had vehicle problems. Both vehicles were GM products and both times I went to Hellman Chevrolet in Delta and they were awesome. They not only fixed my vehicle issues but in a timely fashion. On the last occasion I was driving my 2006 GMC 2500 pulling a large 5th wheel when a check engine light came on, Hellman service dept. fixed the issue the same day at a minimum cost. Because they were so honest and helpful I decided to purchase a new Chevy 3500 LTZ. I got a great deal and the staff at Hellman went above and beyond transferring my hitch and extra fuel tank over to the new truck, with the extras that I added running boards and a brush guard the service dept. worked late into the night. every one of the staff chipped in and gave new meaning to the word TEAMWORK. My wife and I bought a camper and much to our dismay, realized that our half ton pick up was not powerful enough to effectively handle the weight. Late on Saturday afternoon, we checked the inventory on Hellman's website and found the right one to replace it. We called Hellman's about 4:00 in the afternoon and spoke to Michael Boyd...didn't even realize that they usually close at that time on Saturdays, but he didn't breathe a word....just said they'd be waiting for us. When we pulled up, we were met by salesman, Kevin Carlson, who already had the Silverado 2500 running to cool it off in the summer heat! Within minutes, we were out on a test drive....and loved what we found. Meanwhile, our trade-in was being tested and evaluated. We weren't the only customers in the place that late but all the staff stayed on the job until we were completely satisfied. We were so pleased with the deal that we didn't hesitate to sign on the line(s) and when it was all done, we drove away in our beautiful new Silverado!!! Michael Boyd is the finance manager and checked with all of the lending companies to find the best interest rate and meticulously explained all of the options and the myriad of required documents that he has to have signed and recorded. Tim Hellman filled the tank and even washed it before the paperwork was done. Monday, I'll need to run the title of our trade-in.....yes, that's right.....they even trusted us to take the new truck and bring the title back for the trade-in! Unbelievable. It's only been a little over a day since we took possession of our new truck and I'm about to enter my second sleepless night thinking about that beautiful new ride sitting in my garage...... This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at Hellman and if you're ready to be treated right, you'll be glad you put your trust in the professional team at Hellman Chevrolet......and I'm not kidding. The crew at Hellman Chevrolet in Delta was extremely caring and worked with me to meet my needs. Zay the (salesman) worked to help me find the deal I was looking for and comparible with all other dealers. He was very helpful and 100% on top of his job. Financing was easy and went smooth. I took it back for service and they handled it professionally. I recommend Hellman Chevrolet.

I would never consider buying a vehicle from Hellman Chevrolet. I bought a truck from them, the truck didn't even make it to the house and broke down. There fix was to let me buy the part's from them. The absolute worst experience of my life. I would steer clear of these people.

Overall 4/5 because they were friendly. Especially Randy the salesman. However, I was able to get a much better deal elsewhere. I was looking at a 2011 Infiniti G37x with Nav. I easily got two better offers at other dealerships. I ended up purchasing a 2011 G37x with Nav and sport pkg AND 12k less miles on it, for $3,800 less. ($1,000 more for my trade and $2,800 less on the Infiniti) and was in and out of that dealership in 90 minutes start to finish. vs. days of back and forth at hellman chevy.

and 5 hours drive from Groove Toyota in Englewood, Colorado. We decided a few months ago to downsize from our 2006 Ford F-350 and get into a more economical and dependable Toyota 4-Runner. We had decided not to buy new and we started looking for a good used one. We needed to trade in the Ford truck since we carried a balance at the Credit Union. We started our search with our local car dealers. We found used 4-Runners at Hellman Ford, Hellman Chevrolet in Delta, Colorado and a few at some dealers in Grand Junction, Colorado. The only used and Toyota Certified 4-Runner we found we wanted was at Hellman Chevrolet. We met with Daniel Brown, one of the sales associates that we recognized from 3 years before when we were looking at cars at that dealership. Daniel Brown was the worst salesman we have ever dealt with and he made us feel stupid for offering the deal he offered. He cut down our trade that was in excellent and clean condition and said he couldn't even give us the payoff of $11,800. This truck still has the original book and paperwork including the sticker that came off the window in 2006 showing the sales price of over $40,000. The truck is a diesel and has only 89,000 miles on it. Daniel Brown knew I wanted the 2007 white Toyota 4-Runner on the Hellman Chevrolet lot that was on sale for $25,200. He offered his final deal by calling and telling me to arrange for my Credit Union to pay his deal. When I asked what the deal was, he hesitated and then said over $29,000!!! So he would take our truck in trade and our Credit Union would cut him a check for $29,000! What??? That's when I found Groove Toyota in Englewood and found the best salesman I had ever dealt with. I will write a separate review for CJ Adams. Cj contacted me immediately when he saw my search on the internet. He sold us a beautiful 2006 Toyota 4-Runner that was Toyota Certified. His no haggle deal included giving us $15,000 trade in for our truck and financing $20,306.50 and 2.99% Toyota financing for 60 months. We see in clear vision that CJ Adams and Groove Toyota saved us about $10,000 on the similar deal Daniel Brown of Hellman Chevrolet offered. And CJ Adams also did not make us feel bad about our trade in and gave us the trade in amount sight unseen. The whole deal was done via emails and phone calls and we were not disappointed when we drove all the way over there and bought the beautiful 2006 4-Runner that was even better than we expected. We are completely satisfied with this vehicle and the deal we got. I would recommend anyone to CJ Adams and Groove Toyota in Englewood, Colorado. staff got my truck in right on time. While in the lobby,I decided to talk to a salesman. At the end of the trip I came home with what I think is going to be a truck that will better suit my needs. The trade of my 08 silverado 1500 for an 05 silverado 2500 Duramax. I am very pleased. And I am already a third time repete customer. Kept up the good work.
