and this dealership has serviced my cars for years but I am very unhappy that BMW is telling me that squeaky brakes on a X7 is normal. My brakes do not stop squeaking to the point that everyone stops to tell me i have a brake issue. I highly recommend not purchasing an X7 if BMW thinks this is normal. This is not normal for any car and we are at the point that we don’t even want to drive this car because of the brakes. I wish BMW would help more because this needs to be addressed.

Problem discovered not covered by warranty....weird whistling noise when driving 40mph. Even certified cars need 3rd party evaluation.

I recently had a terrible experience with my vehicle. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a disaster. They replaced two tires instead of one, and now a third tire is having issues. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle to this dealership! I wish I could leave no stars!

They get back you in a timely manner. The videos they send are helpful to see.

They spent a lot of time with us. They gave us a great deal. They even took the car from my expired lease.

Called to get something added to my protection package several times. No return call and now I am likely past time limit to get it. Not much help learning the car’s electrical system which is a big learning curve.
