I had bad experience with Honda Westborough where they charge me well over 4k and still had not resolved the issue. I went for the same issue to GRIECO and they were able to fix the issue with help of my insurance coverage. Way to go GREICO

Secured a treasurers check from our bank and made an appointment with Justin to pick up the car at 4PM as they are 2 1/2 hours from us. My wife and I took the afternoon off to make the drive down to get it. Was told at 10AM the car was in finance to be sold to someone else. Poor communication on Justin's part with his sales team and manager. Then the next day we get a text asking why we missed our appointment. They clearly rely too much on technology. I wouldn't recommend them.

car-buying experience was with Grieco. The employees there are incompetent, dishonest, had no respect for our time, and were shockingly quick to blame every other person in their own company for any issue. We went in with an appointment to look at a specific car on a Saturday. We had researched the price, the rate, I.e. we were very clear what we wanted. After two hours of back and forth, we finally agreed to price, rate, down payment. By that point it’s 7pm, and their team hadn’t even started paperwork. We had to get home to the kids. I agreed to go back at 12:45 on Sunday to sign the docs, which, they assured me, should take 25 minutes. I arrived on Sunday 5 minutes early. Was told they were taking one person ahead of me, grr. To be fair, that took 10-15 minutes. BUT, they had not started any of my paperwork, and didn’t call me in until 2:15!! At which point they put docs in front of me with a significantly higher APR than we agreed to. I told them they could reduce the cost of the car so the payments netted out the same, or I would walk. They ‘found’ the savings. After over two hours, it was signed. They needed to do some things to the car for Honda Certified. Asked if I could pick up Tuesday instead of Monday. I told them I couldn’t make it until Wednesday, but had to be before noon. Great! Plenty of time. Wednesday morning: “can you pick it up end of day?” No. I explained this already. It took until Friday! The whole work week. Our sales guy was way too happy to tell me how “he was working for us, but”. He’d throw everyone under the bus. Finance is no good. Service is no good. So on. I explained: “all you’re accomplishing is to convince me never to do business with you again.” Let me stress the ASTONISHING THING: If I go back over the experience, including every meeting, call, text: EVERY SINGLE TIME the dealer set an expectation (even small things, like “I’ll get you an update by 11am”), they failed to meet it. Every time. Icing on the cake: they’re going to detail the car before we pick it up. I say: please don’t. I don’t want all the chemical smells; just vacuum it. They detail it anyway. It stinks. Whatever they sprayed on the all-weather mats made them DANGEROUSLY slick for weeks. And when I moved one of the middle seats: it’s a disgusting mess of food crumbs and dirt underneath. They didn’t even move the seats to vacuum! So, wasting hours of our time, needing a full week to get me a car, trying to change the deal at signing, convincing me I should never use their service department, and doing a crap job at a detailing I asked them not to do, I got the car. Please, do yourself a favor: go elsewhere.

extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My fiancée and I initially visited the dealership to purchase a used 2024 CR-V. We were told by the salesperson that a credit check would only be a soft pull and wouldn’t impact my fiancée’s credit score. She repeated her concerns about this multiple times, and each time, the salesperson assured us it was a soft pull. However, we later found out that a hard pull was performed on her credit without her consent, which felt like a significant violation of trust. The next day, we returned, in good faith, to consider purchasing a new 2025 CR-V after sharing a competing offer we had received from another dealership. The salesman assured us that he could beat the offer, but when we arrived, he kept us waiting for over an hour, only to assign us to another salesman without warning. The salesman presented our offer to the manager, who then approached us in an unprofessional, aggressive, and dismissive manner. He seemed uninterested in understanding the context of our discussions and became confrontational when we inquired about the credit pull issue. The manager even denied the existence of soft credit pulls entirely, which is simply untrue. As someone who works in finance, I found his attitude both unprofessional and disrespectful. He proceeded to mock my profession loudly in front of the entire dealership floor, which was both humiliating and unnecessary. The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. In the end, the dealership tried to present an offer that was intentionally misleading. They combined the standard Honda rebates (which are available at all dealerships) with their so-called “discount,” making it appear as though they were offering a better deal than they actually were. I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering doing business here. Ensure that you double-check any claims or offers, and be aware of potential credit checks. Our experience has left us seeking out other dealerships who value honesty and customer service over deceptive tactics.
