My salesman Eddie Shorter blew every negative misconeception of a car salesman out of the water. He was pleasant,extremely knowledgeable,and he made our deal happen. He anticipated every issue we had as my Mom is a senior. He catered to her needs,ambulatory,comfort,and while doing our paperwork.I cannot say enough great things about him but to sum it all up He is a genuinely good man. Finance manager was terrific as well. It was quick,forthright,and experienced. He was a pleasant person that was supportive and explained everything well. This experience has made me a lifetime customer. I encourage everyone to experience the Grey Daniel's difference,where you are treated with respect,kindness ,and love. 2024. I suppose to received this refund within 6wks that finance manger (M.A.) told me in jan 2024. but its august 2024 still haven't received nor heard from dem. I went couple of times to see dem in person since jan 2024, finance manager(M.A.) would say "I turned in the paperworks" or "I will look into it" and will call you back, which he haven't done that either. I always had hight respect of GRAY DANIELS, but not now, the way they treat me or will not help me!!!!

dealership and it had a bent rim and a bent left rear spindle on the rear axle. Contacted the salesman and sent him pictures of the damage and the repair cost and he never replied to any of my messages or returned any of my calls . They told me the vehicle had never been in an accident and didn’t have any damage to it. It the vehicle underwent a 170 point inspection to become certified pre owned then they should have caught this before they sold it to me. Talked to sales manager and only thing he said was we will review the carfax. They also sold us an extended warranty plan on the vehicle the won’t pay for the vehicle to be fixed because it doesn’t cover wheels, or suspension components. The salesman who sold it to me tried to change the price of the vehicle in the paperwork too. We ageed on a trade in price for my vehicle and for the Tahoe I was purchasing and I signed paperwork saying I would buy it for that amount and two days later when I went back in to buy it he had changed the price to $2500 more than what was agreed upon. I would implore everyone to steer clear of this dealership. If they will do this to a disabled American combat veteran then they will do it to anyone!!!!

After I posted a one star review, I got a reply that said to call them and talk about the problem. When I tried to call and talk to the sales manager, he would not return my call. I would never advise anyone to buy from this dealership!

with lies and if you catch them in them, they changed your story. I caught them in three different lies today. They also ran my credit right after I asked that I didn’t want it ran I just wanted to see if I could qualify, so if you don’t know what you’re doing, do not trust these people I wouldn’t trust none of them ever again I was lied to by three different people. Well, the last one maybe wasn’t line. He may have just busted the other two out but I even signed papers for a lease and was told they would switch it over Friday when I paid the rest of the deposit after I paid Man and went to receive my key. I was told the truck was then being worked on after I said, I would do the repairs myself the lady didn’t come back and told me the bank was not final on it. But I have just already signed for the vehicle and also paid a partial down payment and I signed papers to lease the truck so I’ll leave with no truck. My wife then calls them and they tell her that everybody was wrong but I still signed a lease agreement for today not Friday again I would not trust these people unless you know what you’re doing I’m not very smart with this, so they were able to pull a lot over on me.

The paper work was wrong, it said black truck but truck was gray, I have no paper work to register the truck, the contract was signed on 10-10-22 today is 11-9-22 and I still can’t register the truck because I have no papers. Poor business on your part.

I was told a diagnostic will at least get done today. No one has contacted me or even told me who my advisor was and they day has gone by. They give me the run around every time I need service done. Now my car has gotten worse because they always tell me they do not have time to work on my car.

General Manager I’ve ever experienced. My nephew purchased a vehicle there and 2 days later the transmission went out. This was confirmed by Gray Daniels service dept. Surely the inspection was not done prior to putting the car up for retail. The loan company informed me the loan can be refunded, but Darien informed me he will not. As of today, no one has contacted him regarding the status of the car. They alleged the the service manager was in contact with the extended warranty company and will contact us Monday. To date, no one has contacted us. We left the vehicle there. This dealership has taken no ownership for selling a vehicle with a bad transmission and has not provided any level of professionalism. Darian actually advised me to get an attorney. Mark McLarty, you need to hire a more professional GMs and staff that does not lie to the customers. We are fully aware the dealership brushed my nephew off until this loan was funded. PLEASE BEWARE OF GRAY DANIELS DEALERSHIP! Located on I-55 in Jackson, MS. This place does not deserve a rating. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AWFUL!!!

four years and I’ve never experienced such rudeness. I spoke immediately when walking through the door and no one parted their lips to speak back until I made a comment. I still waited about five minutes before someone actually asked if they could assist me, only to almost get turned around by a new associate by the name of Scott. He proceeded to tell me that they close at 530 and it wasn’t even 5 yet(I only needed an oil change). Had the services manager never spoke up and told him to take me i would’ve been rudely turned away. This is unacceptable. I normally deal with Rod or Darius but those two we’re in on today. However if this continues I will not be back.

After having the same car for 14 years, I found myself needing a new vehicle asap! Called Gray Daniels and Mr. Eugenne Perkins answered and agreed to assist me in my quest. IA few days ago I was surfing the internet for a new ride. Specifically, I had an interest in the Equinox. I completed some info on line and afterward I was contacted by a Gray Daniels manger. He stated that they would be able to help me with my pursuit and scheduled an appointment for me to come in to the dealership. I went in for a first hand look at what was available on their lot. I settled for the 2019 Equinox that was in the price range of what I was seeking as well as appealing. I was assisted by salesman Eugene Perkins.. He made the process very easy and he was knowledgeable and polite. I also found Donald Pettit to be very pleasant and easy to talk to and work with.

I can say that this has been by far the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have ever had. It was easy and fast. I was informed about every decision and choice that was being made. Gene sold me a truck that I wanted but wasn't negotiating in my favor at all. That's not how he can pay bills or feed his family. Didn't come down 1 dollar. I had to buy an extra key from the rude people in parts. Don't know their names. Joe Seroni sold me a warranty that was suppose to cover bout everything until I got ready to use it. 2500 miles 3 months later I need a mechanic.

I didn’t get a car today but EuGene and the rest of the team tried very hard to help me. I will return in a few months to try again.

We came to the dealership looking to buy a 2019 Silverado. The salesman was nice he meet us outside and helped us find the truck we were looking at online he was knowledgeable. The truck was great everything we were looking for. We were waiting on the saleman to come back with the offer and this guy walks in to the salemans office and reaches down and hugs my wife. That was the first time my wife asked me to leave. She was upset to say the least. We don't even know this man. Then he pulled the chair up and introduced himself as Mitch. My wife asked him if he did that to all his customers . He told her yes and pulled out his phone to start showing us pictures of some girl he knows or was dating. This eent on for 10 minutes or so. At this point neither of us were happy. After we heard about all his girlfriends. He started talking to us about how things worked in the car business. He tried to tell us that we would have to finance the truck there that they didn't give rebates to people if they paid cash or had there own financing. We told him that we appreciated there help but we would go somewhere else. That seemed to make him mad he went off on a rant about how "YOU PEOPLE" dont know how the car business works and he has worked for all big compaines and there is nobody in town that will give us a deal like he would. He wouldn't ever take advantage of people like us.. I knew then that the best thing to do was walk out. Just to let everyone know Rogers Dabbs gave us a great deal and we were able to pay cash.

I had a great experience buying my new 2018 High Country Silverado 1500 with the High Desert package as well as all the other amenities I had always wanted. I just wish Chevy had continued the High Desert package in the 2019 model. I can't understand why they sometimes get rid of things the customers want. BRING BACK THE AVALANCE AND I'M BUYING IT.
