ServiceJanuary 2022

All the customers in the waiting area who were waiting in

the service area has masks on (as required by state mandate). The employees, however, did not wear any masks. The service advisors had them pulled over their chins and didn’t even bother to put them on when customers approached them. The people in the parts department had no masks on whatsoever. I know many in New Hampshire believe COVID to be a minor disease, but as someone who has to go home to people who are at “high risk” for this illness, I was frustrated to have to sit at this dealership for so long. Also, the service performed on my car took an excessively long time. Almost 4 hours for an oil change and inspection. Will not be returning.

Got a great Deal on a left over Mazda 3 Grand Touring

I chatted with the online person after researching a car and set up a time to look at a Mazda 3. While on the lot to look for this car a courteous Sales Person approached me and we took a test drive. The car was loaded with all of the features I was looking for and in one of the colors I liked. She showed me the invoice on this car that had been marked down because it was a previous year model and the time it sat on the lot, I received a fair value for my trade in based on the Kelly Blue book value. There was no real finance pressure to add on service plans and insurance products. I would have giving them 5 stars except for the fact that they screwed up the title and put my credit card bank on as a lien holder. This was in spite of the fact that I had paid cash and there was a quality control person involved in the process. The car was prepped in an excellent manner. The maintenance service since my purchase have been excellent including warranty recalls.

Always impressed each visit by my service advisor Chris

Chris is by far the best service advisor (and the unknown mechanic) I've ever experienced in over 40 years of car ownership. I cant even say enough at how impressed I am with their professionalism and accuracy . In my experience, and opinion the 5 stars does no justice ..should be way more than 5

Purchased new 2017 Mazda3 Touring with 6 speed manual. Sales dept. Is great as long as their selling you something. The minute there is an issue they don't want to know you. They don't answer phone or emails. The way to judge a dealership is not by how sweet the salesperson is but how well they handle problems shortly after. I would not recommend Grappone for this reason. If your not paying for it they aren't interested period. Because my guess is Mazda doesn't pay for service unless it's a major failure.

Friendly and flexible — great experience buying a CX-5

After driving cars at four other dealerships, I drove and ended up purchasing a CX-5 at Grappone. It was the best experience I had at any of the dealerships, with a friendly and flexible team that never pressured me but just went out of its way to help me find out what I needed to know before deciding which car to buy. I was skeptical of the no-haggle pricing, but from some research, the prices were fair and at the low end of the market. I had one issue that came up after the sale, but they were flexible and addressed everything quickly.

First time I was sent away from a car dealership

We arrived at Grappone Mazda in Concord at 6:00 with the intention of test driving a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring and possibly trading in my Mini Cooper. We were greeted by Hannah, the customer experience gal. We told her we saw the sign on the door that said the sales department closed at 6:30 and asked if we could talk to someone in sales. She told us there were only two people in sales and they were both busy. We told Hannah we were interested in a red CX 5 Grand Touring vehicle we saw on the lot. She said she would be happy to pull it up front for us to test drive. At the copy machine while Hannah was copying my license, I met Lindsay, who welcomed me to the dealership, asked where we were from and asked me to come back tomorrow as they were closing at 6:30. I told her I would be out of town and wanted to talk with someone tonight about the car. We test drove the car and came back to the dealership at 6:20. Hannah greeted us again, asked how the ride was, and told us she was sorry, but the dealership was closing and that we could come back some other time.

Great experience

Thought the up front haggle-free pricing was a good value and stress free. Gave me an extremely fair price on a trade-in. All in all a great experience and would do it again. Cross shopped with another Mazda dealer in NH and Grappone was immensely better.

Hurray for Grappone Mazda

Three big cheers for the excellent team at Grappone Mazda and even bigger cheers for our Product Specialist John Fay who provided brilliant customer service. John found the exact car we wanted and when it arrived he went out of his way to walk us through all the features of the new vehicle. He is friendly, funny and professional. We are thrilled with our new car and more importantly we feel we've met the person who will be there for us for many years to come ... providing excellent follow-up support and customer service. Our whole experience was fantastic with the Grappone Team. Thank John. Here's to many years!

Great Staff, Great Experience!

Grappone Mazda was hands down the best dealership I had encountered during my search process for a new car. Adam was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Grappone to anyone looking for a pressure free and enjoyable car searching experience. This place is not your typical car dealership!

Upfront Price = No Headaches

I went in with a car already picked out with the price. They were able to assist me right away and test drive it. I also got to drive it home that night to show the family. They were able to knock down the pice a couple hundred bucks more which was nice. Overall with the sales, good dealership and I would recommend to a friend. Hopefully parts and service on the upkeep of my Mazda will be jus as good, if not, better.

Basic

Typical car purchase. I paid for the car. Not a great deal nor a horrible deal. It was after the purchase that was so unfortunate. The salesman left me a message to make sure to go online and write a review. Before I chose to do that, I called multiple times with concerns and questions about my purchase. I now, after having the car for three months, never heard back. Just horrible follow through. Not what most people want from a company that prides itself on being a family business for so long. In my opinion, its the service you receive after that makes you worthy of ONE star. I, however have received no service so I chose to give no stars but the survey forces at least one star. Your welcome David stickney for your long awaited review. I am still waiting for my return phone call.

Best Dealership!!!!!

I can't even put in to words how great, simple, and hassle free our experience was at Grappone Mazda. They make the process easy with the upfront pricing, no holding our keys hostage (which I experienced at Banks in Concord) and no telling us yes we have the car here in stock only to arrive and surprise the lower priced car is not here, but this car is just a little more and we are willing to deal! (which I experienced at Autex Mazada in Keene) We worked with Triana Wilson with some assistance from Scott Bouley, both are complete Rock Stars. I am a visiting nurse in the area and I am glad to have the Grappone logo on the back of my beautiful new Mazda cx9

Mke sure you have plenty of time

Good a good trade in and price but that was it. Car was not clean when it was delivered to us and the dealer was not concerned with my time constrains. When we arrive at the appointed time to pickup the car the sales person was not even there as the sale manager had sent her out on an errand and kept us waiting 20 minutes. Why would he do this when she had a deliver scheduled. I then informed them that we had out of state company coming for the weekend and they continued to take their time with the paperwork and kept us another 30 minutes for the documents The when the gave us the car it was filthy with dirt on the floor maps, smudges on the dashboard and door panels, tape on the handles and roof of the vehicle, when I followed up and asked for them to detail the car the they said they would need it for an entire day and did not have loaner available since I work in the field I can not be without the car for an entire day.

Rude Sales Lead Manager

I traveled to grappone to look and purchase a new car. The salesman was extremely nice and helpful, he answered all questions and was very informative. Unfortunely grappone mazda has a lead sales manager, Bob, who is anything but helpful and is rude and very unprofessional. He hid behind a car in the showroom bouncing a ball rather than coming over and answering my concerns. He left young salesman on his own to answer questions about what he as the manager had just appraised my trade in for and would not give any examples or explanations to justify his lowball price. I will not buy a car from grappone mazda because if they employ such unprofessional people such as him who infact proved to me that "NO" buying a car in the end from them is NOT really different from another dealership. Because of him and his handling I will take my money and buisness elsewhere. Perhaps grappone should invest in customer service training for their lead sales staff.

$500 more than what was advertised

The price that is listed on Grappone Mazdas website for the 2015 CX-5 When I went to purchase the vehicle at that price I was first told that was the true price and that I also qualify for a $500 college grad rebate. I brought up the 0% financing that I knew Mazda was offering and it was verified to me that yes, it is available. Hours later as we were getting the financing ready I received a phone call from Jen, the salesperson that I had been dealing with. We were doing the financing now because I live over 3 hours away and would be coming to NH, only to purchase this vehicle and did not want to be there any longer than necessary. Jen informed me that the price was $500 more than the price we had discussed earlier if I wanted to do the 0% financing. We discussed that this was not noted anywhere on the website and Jen, agreed that it was not on the webpage and that it should be. Jen expressed that the website was misleading and that I was not the only one who has been deceived by the website and asked that I express my experience so that it may be passed along and changed for future awareness. I also expressed that I felt very misled. Advertising this CX-5 online at $27,465 and $27,465 only being the sale price apparently under a very specific set of circumstances that is NOT noted anywhere on the webpage is false advertising. I will be sending a copy of this document, screenshots of the Grappone Mazda webpage, and everyone’s contact information involved to the Federal Trade Commission I want to not that Jen was very nice to deal with and if she could of helped more, she would of. It was just a situation that was out of her hands.

They provided a price that was $500 more than Quirk Mazda

in Quincy, Mass. They would not match the Quirk offer and stuck to their original quote. They were also rude about it. Obviously profit margin is more important than returning customers. Try Quirk dealerships for a variety of makes and models!

For months i was searching for a new car at the right

price. Often times I solicited Grappone Ford Mazda for price quotes on cars. I really didn't plan on buying from there due to the distance from my home. But Ashley was always friendly and responsive on the phone and email. Eventually when the time was right thy offered the best price on a 2012 Mazda 3. When i showed up earlier then my appointment the salesmen where quick to respond and get the process moving. They honored the quote from Ashley and didn't try to up sell me at all. They even found me an great rate on financing so that I could leave with the car that day. Everyone was friendly and helpfull. If i have any complaints it did take a long time to get the car ready for delivery on a saturday.

I have bought five Ford Products from four different

dealerships and this was by far the best experience. The pricing was straight forward and very competitive. The dealership makes customers feel welcome as they enjoy a comfortable atmosphere. Diana Dutcher, the sales representative likewise was the best at explaining options and going the extra mile to make my experience very special. I appreciated her exhaustive knowledge of the products and her enthusiastic drive to make the customer happy. I will definetly be back for future vehicle purchases.

After previously purchasing a car from grappone (and

having a bad experience) I went back there (giving them another chance) hoping they would really work with me this time. This was not the case!!! Although the cars salesman was kind and trying hard to help the sales manager was extremely unhelpful. It was a waste of my time. He would not work with me (the customer) what so ever when it came to prices. It is unfortunate that they have lost my business and weren't willing to negotiate to keep a previous customer happy.

Diana has been so helpful throughout the entire process.

I knew that I wanted a Mazda 3 when I went to visit her, but she showed the pros and cons of each model and let me drive each one. I was orignially going to purchase a new car, however she found the PERFECT used Mazda 3 for me that fit my budget even better. Since purchasing the car 2 months ago, Diana has still been available to answer and questions I have had. She is very friendly and prompt to respond. I was nervous about purchasing a new car for the first time alone and only being 22, however Diana made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me into anything. She gave me the time and resources I needed to make the best decision for myself.

Diana was great. She knew her vehicles. She was friendly

and made the process stress free. I would recommend her to friends and family. We did a lot of research on line on the mazda 5 but once in it it just didn't feel right. Diana opened the mazda 3's and 6's and gave us plenty of time and space to get a look and feel for the different vehicles. She then gave us the chance to drive them if we wished. I loved the mazda 3 (2.5) The trade in was fair. The price was competitive and she helped us navigate the process with patience and understanding. Thanks to Diana probably the best car buying experience I have had.

Bought a Mazda CX-9 in June 2011. Outstanding

Bought a Mazda CX-9 in June 2011. Outstanding communication prior to my visit with Jenny and the internet sales group - they were candid and responsive to my questions, and made scheduling my purchase visit easy. Great experience with Brian in the sales group - he was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Nice dealership experience as well - great selection, highly competitive prices, and friendly employees. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!!

I Went in looking for a car for my daughter. I Was

seriously "upside down" on my trade so some money needed to be "buried" within the deal. Earlier, I had been to another maker's dealership and was made an offer on a car but wanted a Mazda 3 snd not this brand car. At Grappone, after picking out a Mazda 3 and having the trade appraised Lee went to and returned from the sales manager's Office and said there was NO WAY they could make a deal without a large down payment. He had no offers, no sugggestions and no ideas on how we could get the Mazda my daughter wanted, Lee said it was "impossible". Lee's suggestion was to rush back to the other Dealership and get that car because "they must have made a mistake". Lee continued that there was simply NO WAY a deal of ANY kind could be made, ever and he was "sorry" he could not help. At that point I walked outside and left my wife and daughter inside the Dealership because they had another question regarding the possibility of getting a mazda 3. Both came out a few minutes later shaking their heads. Both said they felt that they were simply "dismissed" by Lee. My wife and daughter felt Grappone Mazda was not interested in spending another second of their time more time with them. I was quite surprised at being treated this way considering my wife and I have bought/leased two Toyotas from Grappone, just helped my Daughter in Law to be in getting a Camry from Grappone Toyota, one Scion and Two Mazdas in the past from Grappone. So much for customer loyalty. ANYWAY, on Saturday I went to WERNER MAZDA and after spending alot of time with us, THEIR sales staff worked out a superb deal. I traded my daughter's c make ar and put no money down, I simply signed and drove off their lot with the 2010 Mazda 3 of my daughter's dreams (and a monthly payment just $25 more than I wanted to pay); a deal that Lee at Grappone said could not happen. Maybe it was just a case of one dealer wanting to make a HUGE profit versus another Dealer willing to make a NICE profit and move a 2010 off his lot. Who knows!!! Anyway, after buying/leasing/being part of a sale for 6 vehicles from Grappone, there will NEVER be a 7th.
