It is disheartening after I have purchased/leased 6 BMW’s from Gebhardt AND recommending to them to at least ten of my friends/clients that the turn in on my last leased charged me for frivolous items then I bought a used X5 which is their hybrids. I was completely misled in that I believed I would have moderate electric miles before it lost its charge. I only get 7 actual miles before it is completely zero charge! Ridiculous! How can they even sell a car at a premium price for being a hybrid and I can’t even do one errand before I would need to charge it. The sales arm service ream dragged it out when I immediately let them know I wasn’t happy with the cat realizing the electric part was bare minimum at best. After four months of “testing” and back and forth the new GM who is rude isn’t willing to make it right. I’m his words. Sorry you are just unsatisfied with your car and there is nothing we are going to do to rectify it to make a loyal customer satisfied. I am beyond disappointed and angry how I was treated and want to make sure anyone that I know do not support Gebhardt!!

low pressure. Gebhardt's approach was also no nonsense (it was low pressure and clear) even if a bit slow to complete the transaction given the pre work done ahead of time (hand off to finance took a long time).

The follow up on a simple question asking for tire warranty has been frustrating and still don’t have the documents. Otherwise, it was good.

Fabian couldn't have been nicer nor more diligent in looking for the features I wanted. There was no pressure and I truly believed he wanted what was best for me and wasn't just trying to make the sale. Highly recommend working with him. Chad was also helpful with some questions. The financing piece felt a bit more like I was being "sold" options that I didn't need. By that time I was tired. It would have been better to have had those explained before the final step in the process but, other than that, it was great.
