My car is less than a year old.and I've put so much money into it. I should have walked away when they kept stressing to me over and over that I was buying it as is. The finance guy just kept saying a lot of people don't understand that when buying a used car. I honestly didn't think it could be that bad, but it is. I was stuck because I already gave up my lease at the Nissan dealer because they couldn't buy it out. I had no choice but to go thru with the sale. Multiple brake jobs. Electrically issues, today I found out that I need a very expensive head light assembly. I owe more than the car is worth at this point so I'm not sure that to do. It really scares me to even work with any dealers in the future!!!

not even a few days later found out there was a recall that they did not mention and the car is terrible I took it to a few mechanics because of some problems after the dealership said it was a great used car I couldn't believe a dealership would sell a terrible car and honestly the mechanics told me to take it back I got screwed (their words) I am so mad and disappointed I would not recommend the m to anyone

we were quoted a fair price on a grand cherokee l through yaritza. handed off to paul who lied and said the car had a deposit on it even though it was on their lot for five months. then we found out it was still available but were told they would not honor the price after lowballing our trade.. manager dom refused to honor the price quoted. we walked away. save yourself some time and aggravation. if you value honesty and fair dealing, this is not the dealership for you.

He did a good job. He is relatively new, only being a salesman for a few months, but he felt like he was working for the buyer as much as for the dealership.

have my RAV serviced. I first spoke with Jacob to make the initial appointment and felt very confident and comfortable with my decision. Unfortunately, I was running late from a previous appointment when the time came and I attempted to make a change.. That part was difficult as they were very busy, but eventually, they were able to fit me in the next morning. Jacob greeted me professionally and proficiently when I walked through the door. He walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When the work was completed, every item I mentioned was attended to and he went the extra distance to make sure that I was familiar with the onboard system after listening to all my frustrations. I was very impressed and unexpectedly comfortable. Jacob made me feel as though I had been going there for years. He instilled a sense of trust in me by listening and following through with what he said he would do. Richard also greeted me when I first arrived and provided me with information that he researched to address questions I had after speaking with me the day before. The greeting was very warm, friendly, and informative.

She was on top of everything and was never pushy at all! She was kind to me my bf and my family and was very good about explaining everything to me. I found out during signing that it was "as-is", and still went through with it. I could have bought some extended warranty at this point, but I didn't. That was a huge mistake. The transmission failed within the first thirty days. I expected the dealer to offer me a hand- even the slightest discount on service or parts. Absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. Since it's over seven years old, CT laws preventing the dealer from limiting the implied warranty, do not apply to the sale, so it's completely legal for the dealer to sell you a car with a bad drive train for almost 20,000 and then not even say sorry when it happens. I signed for it, and it was my own fault. The service department told me to call sales because there was nothing they could do about it. The sales manager gave me the number for a transmission shop, and told me to take care.

an awful experience at another very well known dealership in CT. My family and I went to Gale Toyota because they had just received the exact used car I was looking to purchase. Walking into the dealership was genuinely a great experience. All of the staff was welcoming, kind, and they were busy which to me is always a sign that they have loyal customers and provide good service. When I initially called to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle, I was assigned to Barbara and she was the person who made the experience as pleasant as it was. Her smile is contagious and she assured everything went smoothly with the rest of the departments. She also made sure my car was well cleaned and detailed as it has been previously owned by someone with dogs. I was very happy with Barbara and Gale Toyota as a whole and would absolutely come back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

They also work until they get you into something. This dealer is the best out of money. This is my second vehicle I have gotten from them without any issues.
