From the beginning he was very complimentary and kind towards my son and I. He shared great stories and pictures of his stellar military career during our long wait. He respected every word I said and our limits on making a deal. This was my 18 year old son’s very first purchase on his own, he secured his own financing ahead of time. Charlie respected that, he was more like a human and a fellow parent than a salesman. I wish I could say that for the finance guy in the back. I hope they’re not all the same. It was very sales pitched, even though we were supposed to to be done and signing papers, he was aggressive for a sale of their maintenance packages expecting my son to over extend himself and pay interest on garbage packages. He wanted to re pull my son’s credit and shop for financing when we were already done. It felt really greedy. When I finally put my foot down that we were not interested in anything except signing, his attitude changed to cold and basically rude. He stole the joy from us during an important and special moment for our son just for his own gain. No thank you, means no thank you. Thankfully we had such wonderful treatment from Charlie, he overall made the experience a pleasure. As it should be. If you happen to see Charlie, don’t forget to thank him for his service. 🇺🇸🫡

He demanded the vehicle’s milage without explanation, and when I questioned the need for this information, he responded dismissively. Throughout our interaction, he was preoccupied with his phone and exhibited a condescending attitude. When I requested written confirmation of the contract adjustments, Jose refused, becoming argumentative. He belittled my inquiries and dismissed my mother’s concerns. Feeling disrespected, I requested to speak with his manager. At this time, he began shouting and accusing me of being rude. Braxton Simmons, his manager, eventually addressed me and my mother’s concerns. While he provided a corrected form reflecting the adjusted loan amount, his demeanor suggested a desire to expedite our departure rather than solve the issue comprehensively. The experience at Ferman Mazda of Brandon has been disappointing, marked by unprofessional behavior, contractual discrepancies, and lack of accountability. I hope this feedback prompts a review of internal practices to ensure future customers receive the respect and service they deserve, especially when encountering Jose Acevedo. He was very patient and helpful throughout the almost month long process of buying this car. He answered all my questions, worked to get me a good amount for my trade and worked within my stipulations. I was set on a certain vehicle and waited for it to arrive. He worked with me to set up a delivery time that worked for me and explained everything about the new car very well. Since the sale he has still been available to me to quickly respond to my texts when I had a question. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to make a purchase.

I purchased a cx5 in 2021 and I'm very happy with the car. Every time I come to the dealership for anything I wind up with $1000 plus bill. This is on a car that's barely 3 years old and has only 38,000 miles on it. The last time I was told I needed three tires, two different filters and a belt tensioner for a grand total of $1400. I know nothing about cars, but after looking on Google, I found that a belt tensioner in a CX5 2021 should last for the lifetime of the car. I quickly went to Riverview tire and auto who did all the work for half the price and told me the tensioner was just fine. I am angry and sorely disappointed with Ferman Mazda. I feel they incentivize their techs on commission for work performed and this makes for poor service and excessive markup. I'm a loyal Mazda customer but Ferman Mazda off my list of trusted businesses. Only go here if you want to be ripped off!!!!
