Doral Acura. They list vehicles for one price online then once you get there that's when the adds happen 3000 reconditioning fee, high doc fees... reconditioning fee is ridiculous since a 2023 vehicle with 8000 miles needs nothing but a oil change. No negotiating would budge on fees make me wonder if they try this at the Sales desk I can only imagine what they do at the Service desk. BUYER BEWARE

Low Ball listing with bogus "Protection Pack" for $1998. I bought a 1 year old used vehicle with <10,500 miles and lots of factory stickers on it (ie, a very new car) over phone/text/email from out of state. I had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party at my expense and shipped to my at my expense. I agreed to the sale price on their website listing of $46,395. However, the purchase agreement they sent had this as the cash price but the "total selling price", which should have matched what I was quoted and what was listed on their website, was increased by $1998 for a "protection pack". I complained and they said the 'work' (allegedly a clear coat - for a 1 yo car??? - and lojack car recovery kit) was already completed and also includes "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". But, there was already an $1199 "predelivery service charge", which actually makes sense for "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". While I wasn't happy about it, it was still priced well and I'd get something for the added cost, and in my nationwide search for this vehicle, I didn't find many suitable options. So I agreed to it and requested information about the the protection pack, presumably including warranty and recovery information. We've since closed the deal and I've taken possession of the vehicle, but still haven't seen any info on the protection pack. My salesman has said a few times now that he'll send it but I've yet to see it. I believe they fraudulently inflated my purchase price once they were convinced I really wanted this vehicle.

Buying Experience! Angela was an absolute star! Not only was she as helpful as a Swiss Army knife with all the gadgets, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I drove off with my dream car. If car sales had an Olympics, Angela would be taking home the gold for customer satisfaction. Thanks, Angela, for making what could have been a tiresome process, a joyride from start to finish! And, Manuela, the finance manager, is a gem in a sea of paperwork and numbers. Her charm is as delightful as a surprise tax refund, and her personable nature makes you feel like you're chatting with a friend, not sealing a car deal. She somehow secured me a rate so good, I felt like I'd just been handed a secret VIP pass to money-saving land. Everything was explained with such clarity, it was like finance had suddenly become my favorite subject. Manuela's so fantastic, I've decided I'll only deal with her in the future. conversely bad behavior be noted so all may be aware. In this care if zero stars were an option.. it would be checked. This dealership has repeatedly posted information on their website to generate traffic into their showroom - only to find out none of it is real. Then they follow up with a text confirming the vehicle you are interested in is on site.... again not real Each time generating a two - three hour commute... only to be told the website or text shouldn't be trusted. The sales staff suggests you to leave a deposit so you are the first to see the car upon its arrival. Eventually the car arrives and it is disclosed to you that they have raised the price of the car by $5000. only when final numbers are presented, noting at the "inflated cost" they are still losing money on the car - and will not honor their initial website price and very quickly offer a refund of your deposit. Slimey, manipulative and under-handed used car salesman are tactics are on full display at Doral Acura. Expect better and shop elsewhere for your own piece of mind. BUYER BEWARE!!!

experience with Doral Acura. I purchased a vehicle two months ago, and initially, incorrect information was included in the original vehicle purchase document, which took almost a month and countless reminders to take care of. then the vehicle came in with a broken LoJack, which, to start with, should not have been the case I, as a customer, had to face, but even after the replacement of the locjack, it remains disconnected and is an issue that remains unresolved, and I am tired of contacting the sales team as well as the manager who assisted with the purchase. My calls, reminders, and messages are going nowhere. This has been a terrible experience, and I am forced to leave a negative review of my experience. Please stay away from this dealership!!!

treated me. Very regretful for having put my trust in them. Although I was loyal to Doral/Esserman Acura, even going back a third time, my loyalty was NOT AT ALL corresponded. Yes, I'm a sitting duck when it comes to such deals and too trustworthy for my own good. I wish the staff had been on my side and appreciated my loyalty, thereby choosing to use their knowledge and experience to guide, advise and support me. No courtesies at all! Instead, unfortunately, they literally treated me like a sitting duck and TOOK ADVANTAGE of my gullibility and of the trust that I placed in them. I later received a survey, which I submitted, but not even that was considered...no one called me. To me, Doral Acura ended up proving to be a disreputable, unprofessional and uncaring dealership. When I said that I should have gone to another dealer, the Manager replied with the following comment: "If that's what you think then you should have." When I said that an acquaintance of mine was a lot better treated at another Acura, the Sales Consultant said: I'm sure that he paid very well for that treatment." Both of their comments were made in a sarcastic tone.

s, after I explained to the salesman , Pedro , that I have been hunting for this car for a while from the very beginning I don’t think he took me seriously at first as he was giving me regular old salesman pitches. There was another salesman names Julio that was pretty knowledgeable about the car and it was nice to talk to him. Another fat man from the offices came out and turned the music up on a portable speaker so loud that I could not hear the insurance agent on the phone giving me a quote, when I asked him to turn it down a bit he refused and told me to go outside, very disrespectful, I did not get his name But all around this dealership engages in predatory business practices by adding on about $5000 in additional packages I didn’t ask for as well tacking on a dealer mark up of $5000 , which they instantly cut by half to 2500 once I told them I’m not doing that , so I know that markup is just the dealership being greedy , I explained to the manager , Abdel that I would not deal with any dealership that engages in predatory practices and that this car is just sitting on dealer lots unsold and that there is no market basis for a markup in these circumstances, which he followed by basically telling me to leave, when I told him I’d be writing a review he sent me an interesting text message which I will attach. Salesman were decent but the people running the show are just greed driven not consumer focused. If looking for an Acura especially a higher end type s model do not go to this dealer , they are just focused on bleeding the consumer dry

Also, the Finance team listened to our needs and budget, got a good price to trade in our car and worked out great finance offer. I purchased the car online and when I arrived at the dealership, the manager told me the wrap of the car was peeling off and he would “just write me a check” to get it fixed at home, in Georgia. Turns out not only did it cost 3x the amount he said it would, they never sent me a check and I ended up flipping the bill for a $1000 car wrap repair job. On top of that, they lost my car title. I was unable to drive my vehicle for weeks due to lack of communication on where my title was. I spent weeks calling and emailing everyone I could in order to have these isssues fixed, but came to no resolve. I also was charge $500 for “title and registration’ which I will ended up having to do myself. Save yourself the trouble. Do not buy from this dealership unless you want the extra trouble and stress.
