The sales team (Nikki) will get you what you want. The finical department adds the finishing touch with a low-interest rate tons of options that fit that fit what I was looking for.

The atmosphere in the showroom was pleasant and friendly. Paul Christopher made my process a breeze. The price was upfront; my concerns were heard and addressed. I got preapproved through my credit union but got a better interest rate from the finance department. The process was quick. There was a bit of a wait between all departments seen in the process, but nothing overly excessive.

having a bad experience with another dealer nearby. Josh came out and was really friendly introduced himself, asked a few questions and offered a test drive. I want to make it clear that I had no intention on purchasing a car that day, I was actually in the market for a Jeep Wrangler but curiosity and frustration led me to Buick. Before the test drive was even finished Josh had unintentionally changed my mind and convinced me that I needed that Envista! Josh made me feel so comfortable, he let me know that he was about earning my business the right way by creating a deal that worked both for me and the dealership. Because Josh was so personably I decided that I wanted to purchase my car from Dave Sinclair Buick! I would also like to add that they were closing and no one rushed me out or tried to rush my decision, a few of the other sales man came even came and introduced themselves just to be kind. I also need make mention of Randy in finance, he’s such a nice guy, he’s not your typical finance guy, just there to get signatures, he explained everything and made sure I understood everything I was signing, he even gave me some good fatherly advice lol! Lastly Alex! Alex assisted me the day of delivery as Josh was off, this man has the patience of Job, I had to do a set up call with on-star and he made sure to stay with me until my Envista was all set up and ready to go, he even helped unload a few things from my trade while I finished my call with Onstar! Whenever I’m ready to make another purchase I will definitely be returning to Dave Sinclair Buick!

I have purchased several different cars from the Sinclair dealerships and I have always received outstanding service.

Did as much of the paperwork as possible prior to arrival. Financing was preapproved. In and out relatively quick. Main issues was with quality control of the truck. The 2024 2500 GMC Sierra AT4 was filthy. The saleswomen Nicki was kind enough to run it through details again while we finished signing paperwork. I made a mistake and did not look at the truck a second time after second detail, when I arrived home I noticed a large scratch on the roof of the cab by the cargo lights. I spoke with Nicki who spoke with her boss and was told, tough luck, nothing can be done due to the truck leaving the lot without documentation of scratch. I was told the truck was fully inspected 2 or more times but I am certain this did not happen after the second detail. I believe this is when the scratch occurred. I feel the scratch should be corrected as it was a new truck with damages. I am completely certain it did not happen after my leaving the lot.

They have no morals and don’t give a xxxx about the customer. TWICE in one week they sold a truck to someone else for which I had already started the process of buying over the phone since I was out of town. The second one I actually had a signed sales order for. Don’t believe anything else they may say to the contrary.

potential purchase. I had a deposit on another car (F150 Platinum) that I had reconsidered but the Sierra AT4 caught my eye (60K). The issue was that I was refinancing my house and could not run credit, so I offered a 5K deposit and they refused to hold, so I offered 20K (bank check in hand) still they would not hold for 5 days. 5 days later the salesman called who was great saying they still had the vehicle, but unfortunately the sales manager that day was "Dave Sinclair Jr" who said that was not how we operate and he has kids too. I killed me to respond to the sales guy with a pic of my new truck saying your boss killed the deal not you

Everybody tells you stuff on the phone to get you in the door, BUT , Scott tells you the real deal. He's not interested in BS . He got me the truck that I couldn't find at a GREAT price ! THANKS SCOTT, I'll be back again for sure !!

Although I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from here I had one of THE BEST customer service experiences with Oscar. He drove me to the overflow lot, allowed me to drive & when I became indecisive & felt discouraged he kept on trying to find something to fit my wants. However, I was on a tight deadline & was unable to find a car that I liked & within my budget. I just wanted to thank him for working so hard for me, suffering through my stubbornness and all. He remained nice & professional. I hope this review counts for something even though I did not purchase anything.
