over 86 years. After our experience with them buying a used Nissan Rogue SL we can understand how they have achieved that record. However let me qualify this statement . One week after buying this car I realized it was using oil terribly, so took it back to them to see what was going on. We love the car, a 2018, and it looks like a brand new one, 53,000 miles. Long story short, Mr. Steve Henderson made sure the problem was solved at a great relief for my wife and I. This was the first car we bought from D&D but will not be the last I’m sure. I've used their Quick Lane service for oil changes and general maintenance since 2012. They've always been great to work with and usually provide great service.

The sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely did everything they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and the most important thing to me was they didn't try to make me buy something I could t afford.

They worked with me every way they could. Very prompt, courteous.

But they apparently are limited by the dealership on the level of customer service convenience they are allowed to provide. I would not buy tires from them again. Excessive wear on tires after 15,000 miles they apparently will not honor tire warranty even though they did previous alignment check and servicing prior to and after I bought tires from them. I had much better experience with Discount Tire with my previous vehicle with them a 20,000 mile tire wear issue was resolved with a new tire replacement, they did not even prorate tire wear for exchange.

I was glad I had taken the time to stop at D&D. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The abundance of inventory made it easy to check out a wide variety of models, especially the Bronco. When I am ready to purchase a vehicle, I know where my first and last stop will be, D&D Ford!

I did not feel "strong armed" into anything. They help you with what you want to do.

The customer service was phenomenal, especially April. However, the parts department was another story. Ordered a key fob with the key however the key part did not get ordered somehow. Then after I showed up to obtain the key from the delearship they were unable to find it for over an hour. Talked to the manager of parts over the phone about the situation and he was rudely sarcastic about it all.

From first inquiring about the car the staff did their absolute best to ensure I was being cared for. The internet to brick and motar transition was seemless and Sean (the salesman) was standing outside waiting on me when I arrived. FYI, I drove over 4 hours one way to see and purchase the car. Once inspecting and going through the buying a car phase, Sean very professional and transparent delivered us to financing with Monte. Literally there was zero pressure from anyone on the staff to purchase items, over sale warranties, and they disclosed every aspect of the deal. I even stopped them half way through and asked to see the screen while information was being placed in the system (Monte turned the screen and let me watch). I would highly recommend anyone that is in the market to purchase a car to check D&D's inventory first! The service and expericence is top level.

We had picked up a nail in one of the tires on our way to the dealership. I thought that was very gracious of him. Really had a much better encounter with D and D associates than any of the other Ford dealerships I have visited recently.

is a great place to buy any car or truck, but I do have one problem, why does a ford ranger come with no ring around the places where you put the key in to start the truck up, it is missing, it look not finish!

staff is useless, the sales representative lies about correcting issues pointed out at test drives. Then lies about it and management backs sales, do they do not care about customers at all. Just because they take up space in the Bible Belt does not mean they believe in honesty to the customers! What a waste of money and time. Never Again..
