my birthday. Justin, the salesperson was the best. He was very knowledgeable and open. He was the best thing that happened to me there. The financial guy, Darnell/Darryl was awful. He talked a great talk, and never went into details about what I was signing. I purchased my car on April 5th, it's May 28th and they still haven't sent me my tag. My temp tag expired on May 20th. The tag office stated my paperwork isn't complete. But the worst part is no one will answer or respond back to me. If I had to do all over, I wouldn't go there. Jim Ellis would've been my opinion.

The word that comes to mind about my experience with Roy was patient. It may have taken me about 1 to 2 weeks to actually buy the car. I hadn't bought a new car for 23 years. At the onset of the interaction she was very dialed in and accommodating. She made the car buying experience a lot easier to digest than the typical sale. We actually called prior to showing up and she had the car waiting for us. Mind you, she was highly sought after but she made time to address anything we needed. have already purchased three new Hondas in the past. This time, I wanted to trade in my old car for a new one and decided to stick with Honda. A friend of mine had already bought a Honda CR-V, and initially, I just wanted to compare prices and models, ultimately deciding to buy the same car as my friend. My friend agreed to accompany me to her salesperson to sign the contract. At the time, I happened to pass by Curry Honda and decided to stop by to check out the market. There, I met a salesperson named Jeannie Huang. I made it clear that I was only there to gather information and wouldn't be buying a car from her, but she still warmly welcomed me and patiently and professionally introduced the performance features and differences between various models. Gradually, she changed my initial intentions. During our conversation, I felt her sincerity, extensive knowledge, and experience. She patiently answered all my questions. She showed me cars, arranged test drives, and made comparisons. Her sincerity, professionalism, and patience deeply moved me. I trusted my intuition and decided to buy a car from this trustworthy person. My change of heart was entirely due to her integrity! The next day, I was ready to sign the contract with her, but I didn't like the color of the car. She offered to get the color I wanted from another dealership. She always put the customer first. The new car had many smart features I wasn't familiar with, and she patiently explained everything, from downloading software to connecting car charging equipment. Even though many of these issues weren't directly related to her job, she went out of her way to help within her capacity and patiently registered me for after-sales services. Since I am older and tend to forget things easily, she thoughtfully noted everything down for me. Her way of handling work was as considerate and warm as if she were treating family.
