We scheduled a test drive online and the car was ready for us when we got there. We fell in love with the car and told Kenny we were ready to run some numbers. He was super nice and walked us through the entire process. This purchase was towards the end of the day and some staff had already left for the evening. This did cause a little wait but Kenny kept us informed the entire time. I would highly recommend Kenny and Crown Subaru!

twice now. As another reviewer mentioned, Laura Montalvo is abrasive and degrading. She shouldn't work with customers. I had to be firm with her to get the service I came in for. She didn't do a thorough walk around upon check-in either. This was my first impression of the dealership service center. Lucas Weir on the other hand is a godsend in comparison. Luckily, he was assigned to my appointment the second time I came in. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and efficient. I will be requesting him every time.

Crown Subaru in the purchase of our Crosstrek. Our salesman was Mickey Dorsey, a superb salesman. He knew his products inside and out (literally) and was more than happy to take all the time needed to make us comfortable with our choice. We went on two test drives, comparing vehicles and another where he demonstrated the safety features of the car. He was like a kid in a toy shop - so happy to be there and showing off his toy. I won't say Mickey was low pressure; he was NO pressure - our kind of salesman. When you have a product as good as a Subaru, he must know that they sell themselves; and it did, with his guidance. This was THE MOST enjoyable car purchase we have ever gone through, and we've been through many. The facility was comfortable and spotless. Everyone was easy going. Cindy, the paperwork lady, was very easy to work with. And quick and efficient. A perfect experience that put a lovely car in our garage.

My trade in was valued fairly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, and my sales person Zach Peters was helpful and informative. Finally, Cindy in finance was likewise informative and helpful. No pressure from sales, finance, or service. Just helpful, friendly people at every turn. I can’t say how pleased I was with this experience.

She never made us feel rushed even though she was juggling other people, guided us towards a trim package that fit our needs and was actually slightly less expensive than what we came in to look at. After our test drive while Kiana was helping other clients, Justin Standridge stepped in and helped us get paperwork going as we had decided to purchase. We never felt pressured in any way and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. From Kiana to Justin to Jennifer Morgan who handled the loan paperwork the process was seamless and done as quickly as possible which was appreciated on my part as I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time haha. Would not hesitate to suggest Crown Subaru in the future and return to purchase again ourselves!
