We went to another Nissan dealership and Coulter by far was less pressure, more informative and extremely helpful. We have been back a few times with little questions about connectivity and each time, our questions were answered. I would highly recommend Coulter over any other Nissan dealership!

They let the customer win and try their best to earn business. Timothy Salinas was my salesman and he made sure I understood everything about the car and the process. Same with the finance guy in the back office. He explained stuff in the most clear way. Both of these individuals deserve a promotion. They took a bad experience of false information of another salesman and turned it into something I walked away with happily with a new car I love at a good deal. I'm enjoying it and I've only had it for a week so far.

Molly was only one who would respond to email communication. Some of sales people were more friendly and personable than others. The person you last spoke to never seems to be available when you return. None of them seem to be conscious of or value customer's time. Receptionist was very friendly. As good as a car purchase experience can be I guess

This is my 4th purchase with Coulter since December 18th 2015. First a Juke, then an Altima, next a 2023 Kicks SR and this past week a 2025 Kicks SR. Terry Matteson is an excellent sales person with great knowledge of my new vehicle. Croy Sieve sales manager is very professional. He has taken care of me on all my purchases. I recommend Coulter for purchases and the service department as well.

My parents showed up before me, and by the time I arrived my mom was already trying to adopt Mike. I was super stressed about the situation I was in and Mike was so understanding made sure to work with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I showed concern about when I could pick her up and was going to go for something else that wasn’t exactly what I hoped for, Eric (I hope I spelled that right) stepped in without being asked to ensure I had zero to worry about! When it came time to fill out the finance paperwork, Brian made sure to break things down in a way that was easy for me to understand and ensure I got the best overall option that would benefit me well beyond what I could have hoped. They all turned what started off as a terrible stress into an absolute blessing and I couldn’t be happier with my experience (or my Rogue). I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars if it let me. Thank you all again SO SO much for everything!
