We live 3 hours away so travel to the Honda dealership was time consuming. We brought our trade in car and arranged for purchase of a new vehicle. We had all of the paperwork in order and we agreed on the purchase price and the amount of the trade in. They did not have a vehicle on the lot so we had to wait two months until the vehicle was assembled and delivered to the dealership. We travel to the dealership and then the oh by the way started. Your car has depreciated by $2000 in two months blah blah blah. You will now need to come up with another $2000 to purchase this new car. There was no mention of that when we talked to them before we drove all the way to the dealership. They had my wife in tears before they were done with her. My feeling is that when you make a deal then you keep the deal and don't welch on it. It took 2 hours to get out of the dealership. It really left a sour taste in my mouth.

!! After purchasing several vehicles over the years from Commonwealth Motors, we have to say this was the all time best experience!!! Why? In our case, we were changing from many years of only driving a sedan, and for the past several cars, it's been the Honda Accord. We have always found them wonderful and almost maintenance free, other than the typical things. Although my husband drives a 2011 Honda Pilot, which he loves, I have mostly driven the Accords. I've recently had a change of heart and mind and came to the conclusion it was time to get something higher off the ground and with AWD----thus today we picked up our beautiful 2023 Honda CR-V and it's like being in heaven.
