Everyone at the dealer was super helpful and professional. I was an out-of-town buyer and Andy walked me through putting a hold on the car until I could get to the dealership. He also sent me a video tour of the car and a link to the Carfax and other information I needed to make my decision. After the purchase, they delivered the car to me, which was amazing.

May 10 2025. My experience was pleasant. The salesman wasn't pushy and I had plenty of time to check out the car. I'm writing this review a couple months after purchasing the car. The car has been doing great with no issues. My only complaint is I wish they would have brought the car up to date on all scheduled maintenance. I think I'll need to replace the spark plugs soon but that is something I was aware of when purchasing the car. There are some faint cosmetic scratches that were covered up by polish and wax that I didn't notice until I washed it at home as well, but that can be expected with a car that has 40k miles on it. Overall a good experience with this dealer and would purchase a car from here in the future.

From the moment I called to confirm that the car we were interested in to our purchase of the car a day later the process was actually enjoyable- not a common experience buying a car normally. Our sales person, Scott, was knowledgeable, personable, responsive and probably most important did not place undo pressure on us at anytime during the process. He was straight forward, answered all our questions, and allowed us to proceed at our own pace and not rush the decision. The finance person continued in this same manner providing the various options in warranty coverage without pressure. All in all a great car-buying experience!

courteous and professional. My initial contact was with Tom B. who assisted me throughout my eventual no pressure purchase of a BMW. The facility is very inviting and the inventory offers something for everyone. I would definitely recommend CBB if you're looking for a nice pre owned vehicle. I also like that all CBB vehicles have the ceramic coating paint protection applied as a standard. If you're in the area, stop by and ask for Tom and look at a car or two and talk sports while you're at it.

Tim Smth was incredibly laid back and not pushy. He delivered an experience that is usually dreadful, especially (sometimes) for women. I perused car ads on every site and found a Rover I liked at Benz and Beemers. My current Rover was out of warranty and needed $$$ of work, so I decided to trade it in. I walked in and he greeted me, I told him which one I was looking at - he grabbed it. We went for a test drive - I was sold. I told him I would be back the next day to buy it. We met at the appointed time. I looked at it, he said do you want to drive it again? Nope. A BF was with me, and asked if he had any Genisis GV80 we could compare it to. He/they had one they had just taken in the day before / it was in service - he went and grabbed it / I went for a test drive and holy moly! I have been driving Rovers for 25 years!! 25! and I drove this vehicle, not expecting to like it at all. Zero pressure to purchase anything when I left that day - saying I'll think about it. I went home, did my research, texted questions - always responded promptly - was upfront and honest about everything! I decided on the Genesis - price was great warranty, super clean vehicle!! The process was so smooth - Tim Smith was so great to work with! He's my go-to car guy from here out. I highly recommend Benz and Bemmers - buy mainly my guy Tim!!

There is no negotiation of any kind, you either take their price and product or you move along. The finance and non-customer facing employees are kind yet dismissive. Beemer and the experience was amazing! I initially saw the car online so I made an appointment to view the car in person. Mike Cunningham was my salesman and he had the car pulled up and ready to drive when I arrived. He walked the car with me and thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles and we took a drive.
