I thought I’d had the best car buying experience at my previous BMW dealership until my trusted sales manager left and my recent inquiries were met with complete silence. I reached out to multiple dealerships, both local and nearby, and was consistently met with a dismissive “can’t help ya” attitude. Then I noticed Century BMW had a vehicle I was interested in and figured I’d give it one last try before giving up entirely. I reached out directly to Chad Domonoske, who responded immediately with a positive tone and connected me with Mike Green. Mike listened to what I needed, understood what I was looking for, and far exceeded my expectations. He made what felt impossible, possible. His communication was prompt, respectful, and kind, and he made me feel like he truly wanted to work with me. Thanks to Mike, we ended up making the two-hour drive from Augusta to pick up what turned out to be my dream car. When we arrived, Mike introduced us to Kevin Klocko, who took the lead and wow, Kevin is exceptional. I’ve never had a better experience with a client advisor. His personality is fun, genuine, and engaging. He made the entire process enjoyable, and it's clear he’s not just selling cars, he’s building lifetime relationships. It is very evident that Kevin is truly invested in what he does. Most of the time, the car buying experience is stressful and not fun. Kevin made this experience the absolute opposite. As if that wasn’t enough, Amr came over to finalize our financing and was an absolute delight. No dark finance office, no pressure, just a smiling face and great service. Even Justin, Kevin’s desk neighbor, stood out to me. I overheard how he interacted with his own client and was struck by the same kindness and professionalism. When his client stepped away, Justin took a moment to chat with us, too. It just confirmed what I was starting to realize that this dealership is truly different. TL;DR: Century BMW is outstanding because of the people who work there. Mike and Kevin gained a lifelong customer. and this customer happens to love spreading the word about great experiences. Although I did not have an appointment, I went to the dealership to view a used vehicle. They told me someone was scheduled to see the car and they would need to honor that appointment, but told me I could see the car. If the other person did not purchase I would be next in line. They made every effort to contact the other buyer and he decided to cancel. I was very impressed with their commitment to the first buyer. Needless to say, I did buy the vehicle and had a seamless pressure-free transaction.

last 4 years we’ve lived in Greenville. Most visits were for service and some for leasing a Mini and all were excellent experiences. This time I was in the market to replace a 2019 X5 with a 2025 X5 PHEV. For 8 weeks or so, I texted with Jared Wright to find the vehicle with the right options I “needed”, especially adaptive cruise control. Jared did a great deal of homework hunting down the right car for me. He finally found it and made it work so we could close the deal and I could drive away on the same day of a test drive. Both Jaredvand Amr were super-attentive and met all my needs throughout the process. A great experience all around with Century. Thanks, guys.

Bob whiston was our sales,an. Very low-keyed and laid back. Told him what we were looking;for. Chose a 2025 x3. Dark red. We spent five hours at the dealership it took that long to finalize the deal at no time did we ever feel pressured. we left the dealership with zero buyers remorse, and are pleased with our decision. The only downside at this time is that we need a degree in electrical engineering to figure out all the electronics and whistles thank God for you tube. The finance manager sales manager, and Bob were extremely professional. I would highly Recommend Century BMW.

My sales person was Justin. He picked me up at the dealership where I traded in my car. The only drawback back was I shipped the car from Texas to Greenville SC and it took 7 days. A long time for a $$ cost to ship it.

Within 20 min, we took the test drive, and after deciding on it, we sat down for a quick and easy financing process. We left within 2.5 hours of arrival as happy customers who had an amazing experience. Lewis, the concierge, was most pleasant. Joshua took us for the drive and was informative and down-to-earth. Finally, Jason helped us with the paperwork and answered any lingering questions we had. We will definitely be going back when we're ready for our next vehicle!

I traded an x3 2019 and am super happy with the purchase.

Justin Peeler assisted us from the beginning. He was truly our advocate when we hac difficulty obtaining our Military Family Status to receive the BMW military discount. We built the car online, he ordered it and we picked it up 3 weeks later. Time in the dealership during pick up was one hour education on the car and 20 minutes paper signing. Justin answered all our questions promptly and was more that helpful in all aspects of this transaction. I highly recommend Century BMW and Justin Peeler.

I had a 12:00 appointment and texted on my way. Michael had my car up front but we had to wait 1 hour to get the keys and someone to show it to us. We had originally wanted a different color but when we got there it had sold. He did find us one right off the truck which was great and that is the one we went with. The finance went smooth and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but waiting on documents to be printed was the slowest that I have ever witnessed. We were there for 7.5 hours and only 30 min of that was picking out a car. The dealership was busy and if I would have known that that I would be there that long, I would have come back to fill out the paperwork and finalize the deal. Communication was awful, we were told "it should just be a few more minutes" for hours. No one should be sitting in a dealership for 7.5 hours.......
