with low miles in great shape and Caskinette hit the mark and were very nice to work with. We live 260 miles away and their price still made the trip worthwhile. We committed to selling them our vehicle and purchasing the Flex sight unseen except for the online pictures. The salesman Jess was easy to talk to and never pushed us on the sale. I usually buy used vehicles to get the most value for my dollars, they did not misrepresent this car , we are very satisfied.We have a 2014 Buick Encore and when I want to upgrade I will check Caskinette's inventory. was great and had the truck delivered to the airport for me. I hopped in an away I went 11 hours to home in my slightly used beautiful diesle truck! If only I knew..... Stopped at Tim Hortons to get a coffee in the drive-thru and noticed the drivers window made weird squeeking noises going up and down. 2 weeks later it failed in the. down position. On the way home I got stopped and warned by police as my transport plate (hung in the tinted back window was not visible) Check engine light came on, and DEF warning came on as half empty. Once home I really had a chance to look at the truck. Cab carpet had weird white dried powder on the back carpet around the seats. Behind the drivers door the carpet was peeled back and left (I assume when the techs removed the truck rack/lighting wires?). Two plugs in the back of the truck bed were missing as well. Clearance light on the passenger side mirror was cracked and repaired with dirty gray silicone caulking... Anyway on and on it goes. I just tried to register the truck at my town office and the clerk said that a title company from Jupiter Florida had already registered my trucK! xxx? I have no idea what is going on. Called Caskinette today. Put on hold, then told that the 'manager' would call me back. Nothing. Do not purchase from these guys. They do not care! I even emailed the owner when I got his complimentary 'free oil change' email and of course - no reply. So I printed my letter and mailed it to him. Lets see what happens. I am very saddened. I am a working guy, not wealthy, I saved and waited to buy this truck. This stinks!

To say that buying a vehicle from Caskinette Ford was a great experience is an understatement. If your looking for high character people to buy a car/truck from, then don't hesitate. Jess was fantastic to deal with in every step of the process. Other dealers should take note, can't say enough good things.

All around the best place to buy and to service your vehicle. Tom and his staff in the service department are top notch. Sales department is out standing and they have the most repeat customers in the market.

Jenna has always been great to my wife and I. She is always punctual and displays no pressure. Bryan Staab was also helpful chipping in. We have dealt with Jenna for many years and always look forward to seeing her.

Beyond pleased with our service! The vehicle is exactly what we wanted, and Travis did any amazing job! He went above and beyond for us! It wasn’t about the sale, it was about the service! Travis drove over an hour (one-way) to personally deliver our car! He then took the time to show me the new features and ensure I was comfortable before he left! This is our third purchase from Caskinette’s, but our first time having a vehicle personally delivered! I can see why Caskinette wanted Travis on the sales floor! Between Travis and Bob (manager), we got a great deal and awesome service!

This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Caskinet's and will most likely always will for any other vehicle. There is no pushy salesmen, they take their time with you to find the best vehicle for your needs. Travis did an awesome job with me. I also always take me vehicle to them for inspections and repairs Long with oil changes. The waiting room is relaxing too. Thankyou Caskinet's for a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed with this dealership. They lied to me on the phone about a rebate just to get me in the dealership. I was upside on my trade and was hoping to get that covered by the rebates. Over the phone I was told they could definitely help me and the rebates will cover almost over it. I went to the dealership the next day and the salesman had no idea what was going on. He had me test drive a car that would never work for my situation. He then wanted me to buy the car and kept going on and on about it knowing very well the deal would never work. To me, this is not a very honest dealership. I understand they want to make money, but I just wish they were honest with me from the beginning. I hate the fact they wasted my time. This is not a dealership I trust and will not be going back. I will also not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Never would I have imagined driving such a truck. Thank you Travis, you made it a great experience. There were other salespeople who were so helpful as well. Definitely worth the drive.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Talfourd Wynne took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly, etc. I highly recommend Talfourd Wynne. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

I was really impressed with Tal. I’ve been very happy with Caskinnette’s for years now, but when I was upside down on my current car loan Tal helped me trade into a great vehicle. He listened carefully to my needs and didn’t waste time on cars that wouldn’t work for us. It’s not easy with a situation like I was in but they were amazing!

Worst dealership I ever been at.. very untrustworthy. I would not suggest buying a vehicle from them. Waisted my time twice I went there after they said they wanted to do right by me... I called on a vehicle and they said it was sold.. A few weeks later I see that the car wasn't sold so I call them and they say they still have it and the owner gave me a personal invite to look at it so I drive out there for a second time 11/2 hours mind you and I get a call on my way out just as i'm pulling in to the dealership to visit them they said they .sold the vehicle I came in to look at before I came in to look at it. Got three different stories, Then they lowballed me on my trade in. I don't even think they had that vehicle on the lot they just wanted me to come in and rip me off.. Never do business with them

We made a decision on this new F 350 easier than any vehicle we have ever purchased because we had a sales person that listened to our wanted and needs instead of talking AT us the whole time with his ideas of what we should have. My wife and I just bought an f350 lariat through Tonia and it was a great experience. We walked in said we wanted to drive a few very specific trucks and she grabbed the keys. She never pushed us a certain direction and it didn't feel like we were dealing with a salesperson. Also bought the truck as an in transit purchase to another state and it wasn't typical but they still got it done and did all the paperwork for me . The best dealership experience I have had in NY. I did not enjoy Davidson or Fucillo and a major reason I bought from Caskinette was the way we were treated. They even got a bedliner sprayed in for me that turned out great. Truck was delivered detailed and full of diesel and exhaust fluid .If your looking for a Ford go find Tonia at Caskinette.

The service department, especially Terri Tyner, make scheduling and processing repairs worth doing business with Caskinettes. You can tell that Terri knows the importance of establishing a positive relationship with clients. It is the reason we return for service.
