Tells y one amt then comes time to sign then the prices changes. Sold a vehicle with tires that needed to be changed. Didn’t get all the stuff we were suppose to get and apparently our down payment went in y pocket cause by the time the paperwork was one the price had increased so that down payment was useless.. just proves my point how low down dirty car salesman are.. I told my husband what y would do. I would not refer my worst enemy to your dealership and will tell everyone I speak to about MY EXPERIENCE WITH y and y sorry dealership. Never ever again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dacota was great he got me checked in earlier than my appointment was scheduled and I was in and out fast. On my first oil change they did a tire rotation and forgot to reprogram my tire to their new position I let Dacota know that had not been done and he was like no problem at all and fixed it with no charge to me. I want to thank him for a great experience.

have been a perfect experience except after being told it went through a malty point inspection and was good to go and worked like it should and leaving the lot the check engine light comes on and it started tapping after being it back I was told it needed the valves replaced and I had to wait 30 days and drive it like that before I could use my extended warranty to have it fixed. Since the I have found the my running lights on my fenders do not work either

for a 72 yr old it was. My vehicle stated it needed an oil change and an air filter. I had asked for a rear wiper replacement. I was grateful when Dacota informed me the air filter was fine and didn’t need replacing. I feel that made me trust your service department even more now. Thank you

No hidden surprises. Courteous, no problems with the vehicle since being serviced.

I'm having transmission problems and front end shake. Instead of fixing it they want to sell me a bunch of stuff that won't fix the problem. Will be taking it to another mechanic who will give me a real diagnosis and not try to make me spend a bunch of money to just keep bringing it back. Will never buy another vehicle from there again and tell everyone I know not to do any business there
