dealer has received so many 5 star ratings. The service department is consistently inundated with people, no one answers the phone or responds to the text system set up. There is no clear procedure after they take your car. You walk into a large space with people mundanely typing and shuffling papers. There is no sense of welcome or eagerness to help. Approaching any agent appears as if you're interrupting them. This has been a consistent problem. But, I can't mention it in reviews after service because it will adversely impact the agent- when in reality, this is a dealership and frankly, a culture problem within service. My repair was not conducted on site because it was insurance related, so my car needed to be brought elsewhere. This was never disclosed to me. Communication about the process was subpar. Phone calls went unanswered and so did the "text system" with the body shop.
The leasing process feels pressure filled- Dwayne in particular seemed more concerned about the sale then the customer. I've had 2 leases through them, My first advisor, Lori, left the dealership, but I decided to stay for another lease. I guess it was out of pure hope things would be just as professional and easy.... the joke's on me. My lease is now up and I'll be going to another dealership for my next BMW lease. Beware folks, you're leasing or buying a high end product. You deserve high end service, respect, and to be heard and felt welcome and comfortable with the investment you're about to make. In my summation, this dealership which once was a pinnacle, has seem to have lost it's way.
