In addition to the outstanding service, the 2020 BMW X3 itself represents great value. The sales fees were extremely competitive, and there was absolutely no sales pressure throughout the entire process. BMW of Crystal Lake. There are 5+ BMW dealerships in my area, but I chose to purchase my X5M from BMW of Crystal Lake (about 800 miles away from me). I called out of the blue to inquire about one in stock, and the salesman, James Orton, was very responsive and shared a few details. I then worked with James & their sales manager, Heather Lublink, over the next week regarding pricing, general questions, financing, etc. Heather & James were extremely accommodating, responsive, and transparent. We reached a deal rather painlessly & I flew in to pick up the car about 2 weeks after the first call. The finance manager, Mike, was also wonderful to work with. He was straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable. Their BMW genius, Devon, was extremely professional and helpful during my airport pickup. Everyone at BMW of Crystal Lake was professional, accommodating, respectful, considerate, and just overall good people. Every negotiation felt like a normal conversation & I could tell they actually cared about my business and satisfaction. Most dealerships treated me like a nobody. Not this one! I really enjoyed working with them & getting to know everyone throughout the process. They all seemed just as excited as I was to take delivery! Big thanks to James, Heather, Mike, Devon, and everyone else involved in my X5M purchase/delivery & making it such a special day! Everyone truly went above & beyond - and it showed. I'll definitely be back for my next BMW; regardless of distance.

I did request to speak with the owner of the dealership and was told he never comes in; does not have voice mail or email and they can only leave a note on his desk.

family. I once leased a car from there, but not for a very long time. One star is because for the last 15 years I get called every time they get service, lease a new vehicle, or want a survey filled out. I have reached out to each location and requested they remove my number from their system, but yet here I am filling out this form in hopes that they figure out how to fix the issue. Here’s to hoping.

Came in to look at certified BMW they had on their lot, ended up buying it. Salesman Jordan was excellent to work with. Never felt pressured or manipulated at anytime during the process. He answered all questions honestly and the pricing was straight forward, without the normal dealership song and dance. Got a fair price on our trade and bought the car we were looking for. Their dealership may be smaller then most Bmw dealers, but I prefer the better pricing and personal service then all the frills you end up paying for in hidden up charges .

The day after I signed the paperwork I was asked for more money or increase payments because of a rebate that was put on. Pretty disappointed for buying a $85k car.
