So far, services provided seem ok. However, the recall which prompted me to bring my car in for service today was not done due to the needed part not being available.(I would have appreciated knowing this before coming in, as I would have had the option to reschedule.) Also, though I was told the battery in my spare key fob had been replaced, this was apparently not the case, as I discovered when I arrived at home and tried the fob—it still did not work. My final concern is the very exorbitant fees charged for parts and services

I do not own a Kia, but had a Budget rental car that was a Kia. Someone broke the driver side mirror and I needed to get it fixed pronto. I contacted the dealership and Scott Joys, the service manager worked with me to het a new mirror ordered expeditiously. When I arrived he put the mirror in at no charge! Made my day and my vacation!👍😎 If I lived in the area I would definitely consider buying a car from this dealership.

Was told they had no idea after clearing the code. Left the building with more codes on and was told to come back if they magically don’t go away (they did not). After brakes seizing on me, I had called to get back in and was told I could not be seen for over a month. I’m now stranded with no vehicle and 0 answers.

analysis was super quick. I did have to call about some "recommended" service that was not critical, but it was easy to choose what to have done and what to wait on. The price was right there as well as the phone number to call to discuss the recommendations. The car was ready quickly, about half a day, and it needed new front brakes so it was a major project. They also vacuumed and washed the car.

I had great customer service from Holly and Thui. My car was ready in less than an hour and was even washed and thoroughly vacuumed.

I have to say I'm a little disappointed I made appointment for 8am and my husband didnt even see our car brought into shop until 845 making it so his appointment lasted until 10:00 . The other thing that's a little frustrating is they try to sell you lots of different services when your there for the one you made a appointment for . Makes it hard to want to do service there when they dont stick to appointments. 2 hrs for a sticker and oil change seems a little much !!

I bought my Kia in another state and this was the first oil change I had done on it since I bought it. I asked if I was able to receive the free oil change deal that the dealer I bought it from offered. They told me that was not possible as incentives are given out by the individual dealerships. When they told me my car was ready, I was surprised to find there was no charge! They were kind enough to give me my first oil change for free! I will definitely return to them for all service on my car.

So computer glitches happen after making my way to my service appt only to find I was not on the schedule very upsetting but they went above and beyond to make it right ! Impressive
