YOU feel Bell Road Toyota or any other dealership misled YOU in any way. On 10/16/2022, I came across a 2018 Tundra SR5 advertised for $36,990.00. Now, Price does not include dealer installed accessories, tax, title, license, or $529 dealer doc fee. Instead of disclosing the actual amount for the additional fees. Bell Road Toyota charged an extra $3,245.18 onto the sale price. The dealership failed to display this information on the sticker price, which was not on the truck at the time of the sale. In addition, I was led to believe there was no charge for a AVAS device already installed, which was $895, totaling an extra $4,140.18 onto the total price, bring the sticker price to $40,235.19. I felt they misled me by not disclosing the full amount until we were signing the purchase order. I admit fault for not catching this at the time of signing, maybe, it was do to the fact the Finance Department had me wait 25 extra mins in their office while being called off to do something else. I hope this was not a new sales tactic. I respectfully asking Bell Road Toyota to reevaluate how they display pricing online and not mislead customer's into believing there are paying under the vehicle's value. 2nd, to issued money back for the $4,140.18, which I felt they double charged. In addition, Bell Road Toyota’s Finance department dodges voice mails, which I have left 3 since 10/17/2022.
