The warranty is the best part about the dealership but I have been having trouble getting a hold of the manager since I let him take my car to a trusted shop. Needless to say I have not been happy at all about the customer service.

Honda CALLED ME in December and said that my car had a recall. I scheduled the appointment for January 16, 2025 @ 9:00 AM. There was a long line to enter the service department. So, I called the Service Department from my car. The young lady told me that she saw that I had an appointment. I asked her what was the recall and she stated that she didn't no. She didn't see a recall. I told her that they contacted me. Never the less, it was time waisted. I called later and ask for the manager and was told that he wasn't in. As of now, I still haven't heard from a manager or anyone else after leaving my name and number. This is the most DISFUNCTIONAL place of business I have ever dealt. Nobody there knows anything and they don't try to assist you to resolve the problem that they created. Not to mention that I received a recall letter. They either don't care and they don't know anything because they can never answer the question when asked. Every one of them need to go to a customer service and diversity class. They are all lost. It's sickening that they don't know, nor do they care!

As I was hurried through the process I later found that I was charged over $800 for tire and wheel insurance and $500 for theft insurance which amounts to 4 stickers on the windows of the car. I would never have consented to those two expenses. They also never sent the car title to the loan company I was assigned to. When I saw the cost of the loan I paid the car off, only to learn the AutoNation had not send them the title. I got a bill of sale through my revenue office. If you buy a car from them, obtain your own financing and still carefully read your charges. I would like to have a car worth what I paid with the add ons. I didn’t. I’m contacting an attorney.

Professional. The turbo engine in the 2024 Accord threw me off. Although Tremaine Pierre and John were all geat in handling my purchase of the car there's a lot to be said about the 2024 Honda Accord. A car of this class should be seen not heard. It's loud and has a raggedly sound. You can feel every bump in the road. It's not a good smooth ride. The interior design is Generic looking. Not a classic look for a car of this magnitude. There are some BEAUTIFUL Honda Accords on the road. The 2024 is Ok but Not your Best new look. Im not complaining and my only regret is that i should have checked out the Acura before making my final decision since i decided to stay with the Hona Family.
