friendly, courteous, we worked out a fabulous deal on a trade in which i thought was a fabulous deal, however after having my personal mechanic look it over, I had to replace over $1000.00 in new parts, that does not include front struts and I have to replace the oil pan and drain plug because the drain plug on it is not the correct one so it leaks oil, I bought a new original drain plug for it, but my mechanic told me it will not work, apparently the drain plug was a make shift drain plug that is bigger than the original, now the drain plug and pan need replacing, overall I guess being a 2020 it needed lots of work so my personal mechanic got everything fixed on it that needed fixing, now I just have to have the front struts replaced $1500.00 to $2500.00 cost at local garage's my mechanic will get that done for a fraction of that cost, but the oil pan and drain plug will cost a pretty penny, after that everything should be in tip top shape, i thought i was getting a great deal which it is, but the cost of all the repairs have really drained me financially, and they are not done. Auto Park Ford 4 stars the representatives 5 stars, I even made a new friend when I was there, Thanks Brad, I really do love my minivan.

We went in with a trade and they didn't give us a low ball offer. They worked with us and made the process super quick and easy. This isn't your typical car dealership experience, which we really appreciated. We will be return customers for sure!

Sandie let us know that if it sold, she’d do her best to find something similar for us - but it turns out the truck was meant for us and she let us know the other potential buyers passed on it. While waiting for paperwork to process during the sale, the entire staff were very personable.
