stop emailing me asking for a review. Here is your freaking review: The service was... fine the facilities are a dump. The service tech was ok if you are into lifeless drones, never got his name or even an acknowledgement I was in the same building with him.

My car was fully repaired with speed, expertise, and great care.

Service department always takes care of what I need and has great advice as well.

Tahoe checked it all out before a trip we always take it to Len Lyall for service.

I love coming here. They get everything done really quick too.

There wasn’t enough space for everyone waiting to sit. The staff was friendly but the coupon didn’t cover the full amount so I paid more than expected. (Previous coupons covered the extra quart my vehicle takes).

leaking oil in my garage. Called them and they got me back in right away and found that the gasket was not replaced and needed to replace it. They got me in and out in 30 minutes and were very nice about it. Great customer service!

cashier. She was not friendly at all and didn't even say "thank you" for my business. Also, when I went to Len Lyall, I was unaware that they would charge an additional 2% for using my credit card. I saw the notice when I signed up, so that was not an issue with that unfriendly cashier.

I told them I had a noise under the truck that I think was due to a bad timing chain, stated a check engine light, stated I knew what said check engine light was for and that I’d replace that part myself, and then said other items I thought could have been the culprit for the noise. I got my truck back after their “inspection” and was told my oil was slightly low and the replacement part for the check engine light. Didn’t know that your team wasn’t going to troubleshoot jack xxxx or even attempt to diagnose a reason for the noise. I guess troubleshooting skills are lackluster on your team since they likely spent 10 minutes looking at my truck before calling it a day. Service manager stated 22hrs to replace a timing chain, which is absurd, and couldn’t even justify why it would take that long. Your team is the reason people hate dealerships.
