While it was being completed they discovered other issues. I waited for the estimate for the additional repairs for over an hour and it still wasn’t given to me, even though I was told that it would be a “few minutes” Andrew was able to complete the recall repair to the best of his ability with the parts that were available but they won’t have the rest of the parts until possibly later this year 😳

We were on the hunt for a specific vehicle (color, truck bed length, engine) and we found the perfect truck at Alma Ford. It was a bit of a drive for us to get there and they made it truly such a seamless experience. We were in and out and back home in the time it would have taken us to be at the dealership down the road. It was such a friendly group of people and I think the best experience I've had a dealership - did not feel the stereotypical pressure and sales that I have felt in the past. It was great working with Mike, he made it such a smooth process and answered all of our questions. We also worked with Abbey for financing, and she was a delight to work with! Overall, it was a great experience, and we love our truck!

he'd never sell us a bad vehicle

times. Both times said the vehicle was ok and it was supposed to be that way. That means ford trucks are supposed to have their battery go dead every 2 or 3 weeks, that's the way they are made. I hope that isn't true. The front end is ok even though is shakes violently sometimes. Just say you don't know what's wrong and send me somewhere else without charging me. Just because you can't duplicate it doesn't mean that's the way it is supposed to be. If you have more than one problem you are so specialized that a second system can't be troubleshot because that system has no mechanic working that day so you would have to make a second appointment to get it looked at and come back. No thanks.

looking for a Mustang Mach-E, most had none available, the ones that did had insane mark ups. Alma Ford had one available and were an absolute pleasure to deal with! The majority of the sale was done through text messaging which was great for me. We discussed price, financing and had everything setup before I even arrived at the dealership. Abbey was straightforward with the warranty. I didn't feel any pressure to buy. She explained what they offered and let me choose. I purchased the extended warranty as well as tire. not impressed with her follow through. The car I was interested in was not on the lot and she was supposed to contact me as soon as it returned so I could test drive it. I decide to drive past the lot and check if its back after not hearing anything, and its parked back in the sales lot by the road. Another salesperson, Mike, helped me as Lyndsie wasn't even there when I arrived. The worst part is I requested the loan to be put with the my CU. Was reassured that could and would be done, I didn't even think to look at the paper more closely (so a little my fault as well for assuming they did what they said) and they put me with another credit union. So a bit of a headache and a couple additional fees later... I got the loan switched to my CU. Emailed Lyndsie about the issue... and apparently she did not think it warranted a response. That is where I lost all respect or desire to work with her again. The manager, Ed, there was awesome and worked with us really well on the trade-in and making the final number work for us. He was very pleasant and upbeat overall. I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back to Alma Ford, I just wouldn't go back to Lyndsie.
